If they deliver well past the release date they stated, while it actually got released that date for anyone to buy (including you right now, guaranteed), yeah THEN I'd be highly annoyed because that's just dumb. But if that's the case they should offer you the ability to just buy one right now and cancel your PO, as that amounts to the same thing. Had that with toyarena once. Makes no sense to wait for online order if you can buy it online at that place right now.

But as far as I understand physical retail stores just got it in quicker, well, that can happen apparently. Not that surprised about it actually, what with people and those codes and fishing them out of storage.

Cheer up man, it's not like you have to wait for a new car or something.

I'm getting really annoyed with the whole Walgreens search for Vader and Jedi Luke, I've checked every WG in my area for the past month and haven't seen Jack, the toy department is an absolute joke at my WG search

When is Target and TRU, Walmart, etc going to get this series in? I will have much better luck finding this wave if they were at these stores instead of WGS.

How are you guys finding them at WG??

Getting the Boba Fett proto isn't a big deal to me, so I don't get why the other stores aren't carrying Jedi Luke and Vader yet

Here's how you get the Walgreen's exclusive Fett and the other figures in the series:

1. Go to Walgreen's.
2. Find someone who can check stock, preferably with a handheld inventory scanner.
3. Give them this WIC# 361229 which is for the case assortment (if they are unable to find the item with the WIC then give them item #352867)
4. They should be able to tell you if they have quantities in the store
5. Ask them nicely to check the totes in the back as they may not have done their holiday reset yet.

I have been to half a dozen Walgreens and was able to score the entire wave of figures that way (Fett, Luke, Vader, Chewie, Sandtrooper).

Found Boba Fett in my local toystore, just the one standing on the shelf with a Stormie. Nabbed him. Must be my 6th or 7th time by now buying that guy. Drooling to think of what HT will do.

Some places aren't stocking them in the toy aisle, so be sure to check around the store or ask a manager. They are coming in with their fall restock stuff so some people are finding them on endcaps or on the top shelves in toys, or in the Halloween area where fall merchandise is.
You can check the WIC # posted above as it is for the whole series, not just the proto Boba. So if your store shows say 3 in stock, it could be 3 of any of the figs... Boba, Chewy, Sandtrooper, Vader, Luke, etc.

Found a Proto Fett at my local Walgreens today. Bottom shelf, right above the floor, one left. Behind it was a Game of Thrones figure lol. Checked another Walgreens and nothing.

Unless you like to just drive around for the hell of it you may try this if looking for a proto Fett.

2. In the search box enter the word "Fett"

3. When the pic comes up, click find in a store.

4. Enter your zipcode.

5. Actually drive to the stores in a 30 mile radius that the status says 'in stock'.

Pretty easy.

I've only had this not work at one store, I just chalked it up to some kid pocketing it.

Was able to find luke, vader, and chewy at my local Walgreens Hunt is still on for the new sandtrooper and prototype fett but all in all a great day!!

Man I see all of the new figures every time I go to Walgreens. Thats sucks that some of you are having trouble finding them.
If you are in Indianapolis, Indiana area, PM me and I will tell you what Walgreens have the figures. Of course I went yesterday...
