I've received so far out of the new waves:
2010 Snowspeeder: Buy it. Do not hesitate, it's perfect. Even the "toy" firing versions of the weapons look good and not overtly over-sized. The weapons fire far, the paint aps and numerous and well applied. My only compliant is it can be hard to open the air brake pads, which is very minor. It's a hair smaller than the old version, but don't let that put you off, it's miles better. (GF bought as gift - Amazon $35 shipped)
Besbin Luke: Almost perfect. The sculpt is great, and there is a ton of articulation, but the hips (with ball joints!!!! Woo hoo!!) are about a quarter inch too wide. Would have been nice if it had a removable hand, but still a great figure. (TRU Website $10 free shipping)
Boba Fett: Definitely worth picking up, but the paint really bugs me. They applied a light dry brushing of silver over the armor bits, with the intention of them being battle scratches... but in practice it makes the armor look pearlescent. Rocketpack falls off way too easy. Has a soft removable helmet and nicely painted guns. (TRU Website $10 free shipping)
Dengar: The surprise of the bunch, a really great figure with tons of personality and articulation. I didn't expect to like him as much as I do. Backpack and groin armor fall off way too easy, but otherwise pretty much perfect. I finally have great renditions of all the bounty hunters. Thanks Hasbro! (TRU Website $10 free shipping)
AT-AT Commander: Most disappointing. The helmet is huge on his head, and when pushed all the way down it covers his nose. His arms could have used more texture as well. (TRU Website $10 free shipping)
Snowspeeder Guy Who isn't Luke: Again, the helmet is huge on his head. I ended up shoving several strips of cardboard into his helmet to get it to fit right. Had odd thumbs, as do a few of the figures. Once his helmet fits snugly, he is a really cool, although obscure, figure. (TRU Website $10 free shipping)
