Yea, I got a case from BBTS and they were punched. Annoyed I was - but it makes sense from a retailer friendly POV. The shelves would look quite a mess with all those chads on the shelves. Then you have the hanging chads, etc.

But on the flip side, the cases are incredibly light because of how eco friendly the vintage-esque packing is.

lol yeah they are light. When I stepped from my area (electronics) I grabbed a case of the figs. When I grabbed it I was "....hyh?" which made me check to see if it was sealed or not (thinking someone already opened it).

I can not remember exactly but I thought I read somewhere Hasbro said in a Q&A they would look in to getting un-punched cards out there. My thought/guess was via Hasbrotoyshop and their conveniently AFA graded "collector" *cough* over *cough* priced pieces.

SAME thought I had when I grabbed my box from BBTS. I thought it was empty at first! :rotfl

Finally got myself a set of OT Bounty Hunters, been trying for years (missed on the actual pack). Also got them all (except Zuckuss) on Vintage Collection carbacks as well.

Man, ditch the felt vest on Greedo haha Possibly the worst thing from the Vintage limited series.

Often, real cloth on these figures fails, like that piece. Once in awhile it works out, but it's tough at that scale, I prefer sculpted most of the time.

My collector friendly Wal-Mart across the border (on the US side) is a ghost town in the SW section. All of their remaining figs had been bumped down to $4 a fig and I was over yesterday to get something else and in swinging by there wasn't a single fig left--- but the pegs are all still there... waiting...

When are the new ones supposed to hit retail officially? Aug. 7th?

My local Target was pretty vacant and what little they had was marked for clearance. I have a feeling they're gearing up. :yess:

That's my thinking as well-- and as the Transformer pegs right next to the SW were also a vacant wasteland I think it's going to be sooner rather than later. But I plan on being picky with the new SW offerings-- it'd be too easy to go for a carded version of each of these figs...

Just stopped by my local TRU, Target, and Walmart. TRU and Target both had some of the vintage stuff out, including the snowspeeder and cloud car. TRU had the vintage figures at $9.99 while they were only $7.99 at Target. Not sure what's up with that. Walmart had nothing.

The Vintage Collection figures are very nice looking, I must say. I managed to avoid getting any, but I was tempted.

Wanted to check a helmet swap with the vintage fett with the Titanium Fett Helmet

It would fit better if he didn't have the nose on the face.

:exactly: my local target star wars and gijoe pegs are empty.. I already pick up the complete first wave from TRU but looking to get another boba and han to open..

So according to DePriest - Jabba should be out any time now. WHERE are my Asian eBay sellers when I need them?

I picked up 3p0 and Dengar the other day at Walmart for $9.98 each. I am really impressed with Dengar, was never a fan of this character at all but, he looks good. Threepio is a decent figure, better looking once you arch his back and pose him the right way.

The ROTJ will be awesome as well. Alot of new figures in that wave. That should be out sometime in nov...
