Oh well wanted a good ex with extra parts. If it's just a print then pass. Might order the reg version later on down the road. They could have gave him so many cool extra parts for the ex instead of a print.

Next to Thor, this Hawkeye is the best Marvel PF Sideshow has done. That dollie is ____ing awesome!! Costume looks fantastic, great pose, great face, yeah ex sucks but this piece is perfect. ____ing awesome!!

I agree its sweet but for me, it will be easy to obtain an EX or regular down the road no problem so its on my backlog.

Although not my favorite hero, this is undoubtedly one of the better comic hero PF's I've seen in quite some time!!! IMO.. Some folks must need glasses!!!!!!

I read Avengers comics every month so I really know and like Hawkeye. I ordered the EX, but THIS EX IS FAIL CENTRAL!!! I am disappointed they didn't do a switch out. For the average collector who isn't as into Hawkeye there's not much reason to order the EX beyond just having the EX. You can get the same exact statue for cheaper elsewhere. The print is OK, but there's better Hawkeye images out there.
Movie Hawkeye is Ultimate Comics Hawkeye, the serious, dedicated Mark Millar SHIELD agent. Not the motor mouth smart a$$ superhero Hawkeye of the Marvel U.
Legolas PF did it. They would have had to make the string longer to work here, but it was doable. I still think they should have had a switch out hand pulling out or reaching for an arrow though.

Yeah I was super bummed about the Ex. I was also hoping for some extra part. But at the end of the day this is the Hawkeye in the costume that I wanted so I grabbed it.
i see no reason to drop an NRD on this. since the EX is not a must(unless you are a art print whore), you can just wait til people get in hand pics and then just pick up a regular at a discount. but, to each his own! i wonder what the ES will be...

Yeah, I know, but I don't care much for Ultimates. My interest in comic stuff is mostly born out of nostalgia, and Hawkeye was one of my favorite Marvel characters going back to, oh, 1987 or so. The fact that the movie version has only superficial similarities to that character was a bummer, though not a completely unexpected one. No other Avenger barring Stark had so little in common with his 616 counterpart IMO.

I'm hoping all the Comic con online preorders take at least a few weeks to sell out. I need as much funds as possible for the soon to release items. Those NRDs can add up very quickly

Maybe this will send SS a message? . . . the excitement on this PF was fairly high when it was sneaked.
Despite being a good statue, without a switch out EX many here don't want to PO since they can get the same statue for cheaper elsewhere. It's a shame we have a character who's probably at the height of his popularity, and in a decent sculpt that most people here were excited for, still end up with a substantial level of Fail. This was supposed to be a must have.
The character matters to a degree, but Skaar has proven that who the character is isn't as important to many people as a nice sculpt and good EX. I think if they changed their minds and somehow threw in a little Ant-Man or Wasp they could regenerate some of the excitement back that was lost and get more orders.
Whatever the case, maybe SS will see that most people really want switch out parts or cool accessories to order, prints are secondary.

for this piece i really would have liked an exclusive with some switch out-parts and maybe a second head instead of a lazy print but ordering the regular from a local retailer saves us some money indeed
