thats where it gets tricky, the smaller es dont always mean its gonna be worth more but they sure help if it turns out to be a success later

there's still the reg version as well. I don't think the poster for the ex will add any value.

Why wouldn't they? Another Red Skull, Emma Frost and Punisher are getting made. Cap and Thor aren't off limits.

I honestly believe nothing will top the original Thor and Capt PF's. MAybe a modern Thor PF can provide a good alternative but the original Cap PF is probably the best Cap we will ever get.

Agreed. Cap is perfect. It would be tough to top. Esp with the QC issues SSC tends to have theses days...not to mention the higher ESs and inflated prices. Bucky cap PF was no where close. I did not like the movie cap PF either. I liked the movie but the statue fell well short IMO. It will prob be a while before they even attempt Cap again.

While, I would tend to disagree with the Movie Cap being below the quality of the original Cap, I would have say I have only seem the Mocpvie statue in person somet is hard to make a judgement call. I will say that this Hawkeye has a more dynamic pose then most of the other PFs I have seen.

Also they are probably gonna tap more characters rather than recycle old ones.

I think they will do Cap & Thor Again for new collectors coming..... coz otherwise new comers don't have main Avengers .......... so better to revisit character again .... old grails still carry their value even if they revisit character coz they r not doing same pose again

I think it's just a matter of time before we get another 1/4 scale classic comic styled Cap. Do I think they can beat the original PF? Not likely. But SSC is a business, and there is a market for that statue. Thor seems a bit less likely as a rehash, since he isn't quite as popular as guys like Cap, Spidey, or Hulk. But stranger things have happened. . .

I actually think another 1/4 scale comic-styled Hulk is LONG overdue, and find it odd that "Son of Hulk" gets made before a modern Hulk gets made.
