The New York Times has a fun little Game of Thrones activity, if you have a few minutes. You place most of the major characters on a grid, with the x-axis representing evil to good, and the y-axis representing beauty or ugliness. Mine was pretty close to the consensus in most cases. The most extreme pretty/good person for me was Jon, followed by Shireen, and the most extreme ugly/bad was the Mountain followed by the Night King.

That's pretty interesting.

I had Stannis right at the center. Dany most beautiful, Jon most good, Night King most evil and Mountain Most ugly.

I had Jaime more in the good side. The general consensus was right on the line, which is fair. I also had the Hound in the good as well, where he was also on the good evil line for the consensus vote.

Drago was the only one I think I had exact as everyone else. Barely moved when I changed from my choices to everyone else's.

This seems all a little too neat to me personally

Ginny just stumbles across a scroll that is Rhaegar's annulment to Elia and marries in a secret ceremony, obviously to Lyanna Stark. This is almost like fan fiction territory to me lol. So now there is evidence that Jon is a true born Targaryen.

Great to see Jorah back, he didn't look too happy to see Daenerys looking at Jon lol. I don't expect Jorah to survive this latest mission.

Has anyone else besides Jon petted Drogon? Dany didn't say anything about it, but from the look on her face she was quite amazed how Drogon had reacted to him.

Anyone suspect on Cersei's pregnancy?

I liked the sneaky Arya but she can't top the sneakiest snake yet. Littlefinger is so sneaky!

And we have Suicide Squad: Eastwatch.

Yeah Littlefinger wants to create issues between the sisters now....good Lord can Arya just stick him in the neck with Needle already!

So, if I'm following Littlefinger's plot correctly, he created a fake scroll that implicated Sansa in a plot to overthrow Jon and now Arya will confront Sansa about it, and Sansa will turn to Littlefinger for support?

EDIT: Nevermind, it was the scroll Sansa wrote to Robb way back in Season 2, asking him to come bend the knee to Joffrey. Either way, Arya's gonna be pissed.

No, it is a real scroll from when Joffery forced Sansa to write a letter to Robb telling him to bend the knee. Arya will believe that Sansa had betrayed the family.

And in case anybody didn't catch it or understand the significance of Gilly's comment about the annulment, it means Jon Snow is a legitimate Targaryen and essentially nullifies Dany's claim to the throne. The annulment would have made Rhaegar's marriage to Ellia Martel void, making Dany kind of a *******, I guess.

I thought it was a fun moment. This episode played nicely though it seemed to skip ahead in chunks at times. You can tell they are really trying to wrap this show up, unfortunately :monkey2

Really looking forward to seeing how this season plays out over next 2 eps.

Rhaegar is Danny's uncle not father. Changes nothing unless you claim male heirs trump female heirs and considering there are two queens now, I don't think anyone would:lol

Prince Rhaegar was actually Dany's eldest brother. Rules of succesion would say Jon has a stronger claim since he was the son of the heir appararent. However if anything happened to Jon then Dany is next and only in line at that point.

I understand they have surpassed the books but I had faith with how well they have adapted the show and episodes beyond the books like hard home, that their writing ability was at least enough to honor Martins series. The joke of the night was cringy, Characters are making decisions entirely outside their normal line of thinking, and a hunt for a ***** really come on.

Those Targaryens need to stop having *** with each other. I can't keep them all straight.
