This show generates money for HBO unlike any property they have ever had before, they aren't going to skimp now, especially with multiple spinoff series in the works.

Yeah I'm assuming that Samwell will take over house tarly. If that wasn't the plan I don't think they would have killed off his brother.

I think it's proving to be an amazing if highly condensed season. What that episode lacked in the action of the previous one it made up for with everything else - character reunions, character first-meetings, character returns from long absences. Just fantastic, engrossing stuff. It could only have been improved with gratuitous full frontals of Dany, Missandei and Mellisandre all together in one scene.

The sound design of the series is still so amazing to me. From the sounds of boots, water, fires burning, keys jangling, it is so immersive.

Hope Jon sits in the throne as a Snow or Stark. I can't see him calling himself a Targaryen by any means, it would be totally out of character.

I also think Sam should be Lord Paramount of The Reach, with the Tyrells dead and no other Tarlys the show suggests it could be the case...so of course he might die soon lol
