Yeah, his argument becomes "These guys came back from the dead, we need to kill them"

"But you also came back from the dead"

"Well, yes, but, y'see. . . "

Sam taking over house Tarly can only benefit Daenerys.

****ing little finger trying to create bad blood between Arya and Sansa, he needs to die now.

I wonder what will come out of Jon possibly having a better claim to the throne than Daenerys.

I don't think he can take over as head of house Tarly. He took the black and he has a sister that can take over as head of household. Then again, Jon also took the Black and is a ******* and is now the King of the North, sooooo I guess Sam could just take up the Tarly reigns.

You forgot Sam was in the NW? Why the nerve! After all the fat man suffered through....surprise he didn't lose weight.

Little Finger is on his last finger. Get the feeling Sansa, the apprentice, will out smart him.

Yeah, I think Arya and Sansa will end up pulling the rug out from Littlefinger. But part of me wants to see him on the Iron Throne when all is said and done :lol Be funny if Varys swerved everyone by starting to work for Littlefinger.

Hope Jon sits in the throne as a Snow or Stark. I can't see him calling himself a Targaryen by any means, it would be totally out of character.

I also think Sam should be Lord Paramount of The Reach, with the Tyrells dead and no other Tarlys the show suggests it could be the case...so of course he might die soon lol

I think Sam will survive through it all.

Littlefinger will be dead by the end of the season. I'm certain Arya and Sansa will work together to bring him down. I mean they have Bran there, shouldn't he be able to see what is going on anyway?

The thing is though it was always told that Rhaegar had kidnapped and ***** Lyanna. Now we discover that he had actually left his wife and married Lyanna. Was Robert's true intentions of removing Aerys from the throne because of his madness, or was it also because he knew his betrothed was in love with Rhaegar?

Jon and Daenerys can restore the name and reputation of House Targaryen.

The only thing Robert ever wanted was Lyanna, he begun his rebellion because she was kidnapped. Aerys also demanded Robert and Ned's heads which Jon Arryn refused.

If I remember correctly Robert
was the most "viable" king because his grandmother was a Targaryen, killing the prince and inspiring loyalty also helped.

He looks like a guy who don't want to interfere with nature and let things fall where there may even though it may result in his sibling getting hurt or killed.

Concerning the Dirty Dozen mission north of the Wall...

Jon Snow obviously survives.
The Hound survives.
I think Jorah Mormont survives. I don't think he returns to be killed off so soon.
I think Gendry survives.
Tormund Giantsbane...50/50.
I think Ser Beric Dondarrion finally finds peace. He has served his purpose to the Lord of Light. It would be cool to have a scene where he is mortally wounded and Thoros attempts to bring him back, but to no avail.
Thoros of Myr...50/50.

And the random Wildlings accompanying them are dead.

Is Sam headed north? If so, he still has Heartsbane, the Tarly's ancestral sword of Valyrian steel. We all know Sam isn't a fighter. Although Longclaw was given to him freely, would be cool to see Jon give Longclaw to Jorah Mormont and to have Jon wield Heartsbane with Sam's blessing.

Two episodes left in the season, and the penultimate episode has been the big "battle" episode in seasons past...this next episode seems to be action packed, but on a smaller scale.

Would like to see Benjen Stark return to help them escape the dead...after all, Jon's been wondering about his uncle since season 1.

I think Gendry survives because why bother bringing him back.

I think he will have some importance when it comes to forging weapons. Maybe in the scrolls Sam took there is something in there about Valyrian steel.

Gendry doesn't seem to be old to be knowledgeable enough to be a master smith. He fits the ragtags type of people who could join the group, disposable as Mr. Green would say. And he doesn't have much experience in fighting, in shape from being a smith as he is, and no formal weapon training like Arya. Wielding a 2 hand axe and no real armor, his chances of survival is slim.
