My wife noted that they are using established characters to do certain book things instead of introducing new supporting characters to the show. And as I am finally starting to get a grasp on all the existing characters as a stranger to the books, I appreciate that approach.

I thought for a split second that Arya was going to whip out her little sword and kill Tywin to end their staring contest.

Question about an upcoming scene??

Who were the two kids who Greyjoy had killed thinking it was Bran and Rikon? I can't remember?

If I remember right it was just two unnamed kids who lived in winterfell, not really established characters.

Hey guy, remember, spoilers

I thought Meera might play a big role in Bran's future....so maybe she'll still appear down the road?

I'm near the end of Book 5 and they could totally still have Osha go with Bran instead of Jojen and Meera, but I'm not sure how it will work out in the end. Maybe that's why they got a more well known actress for the part. Plus GRRM must be OK with it since he's writing on the show.

Jojen is definitely gone since Bran was telling Osha one of the dreams that Jojen originally had in the book.

It sucks that
Renley had to die
, but awesome that
Brienne is now watching Lady Stark's back!
:yess: :rock

I find it odd that Tywin has not gotten word that Arya might have been with the group that was taken to Haarenhall. I have a feeling he knows who she is. That may be why he chose to keep her close.

I don't think Tywin is an idiot. I'd lose all respect for the character if he isn't at least a little suspicious after discovering where she's from.

So were the three prisoners in the wagon Lannister men already, or did they join up with the Lannister's guards afterwards?

Still hoping that Theon comes to his senses and become's an ally of Robb, but I'm not holding my breath.

I'm sure he's at least aware that she had gone missing from King's Landing. I'm thinking the Queen doesn't want him knowing that she's missing, thus no Raven. They don't want him knowing they screwed up again after their first colossal **** up (killing Ned).

I'm thinking he will, after all no one in his house respects him. Did you notice the look he had after he mentioned the Starks would come to take whatever place his men were going to take? I think he means to rejoin Robb when that happens. At least I hope.

Well, remember Tyrion was not aware that Arya was not in their grasp until he came to King's Landing to rule as the Hand of the King in Tywin's stead. Unless Tyrion sent a raven to Tywin (and Tyrion is not the dutiful son type), I'm inclined to believe Tywin has no idea...yet. Am I wrong, readers?
