It's a San Diego Comic Con exclusive. Amiami (a Japanese site) is one of a couple sites that have access to sell comic con exclusives because the people over there have no other access to them.

How hard is it to get these comic con exclusive collectibles?

Especially hard because theyre statues. You get hot toy figures that are £260 on ebay and they are still produced into the thousands. HCGs main runs dont go more than 750 seemingly so who knows about the doggies
