Wow! The ninja outfit was her best look from all four movies IMO (looks even better in RE5). This statue looks great except for the face, unfortunately.

The clones had a few variants of the costumes because some of them had different weapons than others. I only noticed it because at one point i was going frame by frame looking at the outfit because i considered kitbashing one.

Oh that is true, you are correct. The "real" Alice also had her hair down. Think I'll pass on this and wait for a Retribution one. The battle-suit from the newest trailer looks amazing.

Same here. I've been hoping to see something pre-RE5 of her come out and, if she comes out as well as the Chris statue looks, she should be really good.

Judging from her placement, I'd say that werewolf/reptile thing and the synthetic cop from Total Recall will come out before she does, so it'll probably be awhile, but hopefully before the end of the year.

Plus, her and Nemesis together should make an awesome display.
