Ive just been out walking my dog, couldnt get Darkhumors new pics of nemmy out of my head. Now i think i want it again. Luckyly i dont have any money at all! Im literally minus money. And im going out with some WWE guys on friday night so i need pocket money for that. Gives me time to consider it. It will go with my Neca P2 i suppose. Then i guess i may get 1:4 Alice so i can have a trio. My only worry is i wont be able to display them on my glass shelves due to weight.

If it's an ikea detolf you have there, youre only going to be able to display a single one and double up on the glass. I have an ikea detolf and I doubled up, fearing that a single glass sheet will collapse in, onto my other statues.

My first Resident Evil experience was with RE2 a long long time ago and i was hooked on the story,characters everything then played RE1 then RE3 and so on and as much as i enjoyed the survival horror I don't think just because RE6 was more action (again) that it deserved such harsh ratings.

Yeah, I was playing those the exact same order as well. lol!! I'm really on the fence of completing the series and getting Chris and Zombie cop. But Im paying for Alice and Jill and Selene from Underworld, so Im a bit tied up w/those at the moment. I know that Chris and the other characters are going to be bigger than the licker and half the size of nemy.

Its not detolfs i use, its just generic "glass bathroom shelves" they are perfect size for having 12" figures in the bays and i usually like to have something bigger on top. But im thinking i dont want Nemesis to come crashing through the glass

As long as HCG keep producing what i see as good statues at a reasonable statue price then i will collect the whole Resident Evil line. Really want some in hand pics of Chris Redfield thought someone would have him as i thought he was being released before Nemesis.

It's also a lot smaller, but I agree with you in some regard.

I just hope the production can match the paint job.

I agree, it's a behemoth of a statue but that is as far as it goes.

I really hope they come through with Pyramid Head, I've been itching for years to get some for of figure or something of PH.

Since I won't be getting rid of my Palisades Nemmy statue I guess I can display it next to PH since their both 1/6

I should be getting Nemesis for about £225 inc shipping i think that is a fair price for a huge Nemesis.

It's also made out of plastic (pvc), tiny and light weight in comparison. If it werent for pvc I'd be up all on it. I had funds for it but I put it towards a real statue instead. I'm really disappointed that it is pvc. I wanted this badly. Such a nice piece but a shame that it's gone to waste on lackluster material. Hopefully somebody else obtains the license and makes a polystone out of it.

At best, retail price on this piece should be $100 or less, not $160. You can get a 1/6 scale polystone Chris Redfield or Zombie cop for that price, or a 1/6 scale anything that isnt plastic. I would not pay anymore than a $100 for it, if I were collecting pvc figures.

I'm sorry for your loss man, but it does make me feel better than I'm not alone in disliking it.

All year I was looking forward to it, but the in hand photos made me do a turn around. I LOVE Nemesis and I want to love this piece so bad but I can't do it...

Nope, I just see all the inaccurate flaws in it. That rocket launcher really bothers me, it's completely not what he used.

It was HUGE and the rocket cylinder was like basketball size. They gave him generic RPG and it was the wrong color.

The rocket launcher was a bit bigger like but ive got to say that your being extremely picky. Last time i played RE3 was a few years ago but when i seen the statue i thought the rocket launcher was fine it doesn't have to be the exact diameter. Fair enough if you don't like the piece every piece will look and have a different effect on others, To me that is the Nemesis and at 21" made from polystone i think its a great piece.

I think Snake is trying to talk himself out of buying the statue. And i dont blame him for the price. If he was that picky with everything he would never buy anything

The problem for me is that compared to SS paint detail (even with the bad QC) Is 2x times better than what they did with the Nemesis. When I compare my Nemesis to the pics on HCG site it don't look like that, HCG proto has more detail and the paint don't look water down/faded.

I am a huge fan of the games and Nemesis is one of my favourite monsters along with Birkin, Mr X and Tyrant. The piece is pricey i admit that i only had to think about this piece but only due to the price not quality so i started saving months ago to have the funds. I think a lot of people will buy Nemesis and enjoy it because it really will be a monster on my shelf.

Also Nemesis statue will be unique i dont think HCG will produce another one in a different pose or with different colour accessories the same way HT do with Iron Man, Joker ect.
