Now this photo looks like complete utter CRAP. I would not spend $300+ for this if it turned out the way it looks here.

Honestly I think this version looks better. Just my opinion. The game is pixilated as well, to the old ps1 version. I dont want to have a gritty looking piece of crap. Plus the Resident Evil statue line has to be approved by Capcom.

I think the weird gashes are just HCG trying to add a bit of detail which is fine with me doesn't look badly out of place.
The zombie cop is an ok statue but the licker dio is quality they also did a good job with the Executioner.
I am taking Darkhumor's word and will buy this piece as when i first seen the in hand pics it looked great and there wasn't much difference to how HCG said it would look.

Licker dio IS quality. Tremendous detail not only w/licker, but the base and the wall. They put in some hard work on it for sure. This is one piece I'd never depart w/as well. I'll probably end up getting zombie cop when the price drops under $100.

Also who releases "egg shell" statues? I would not be a fan of this.

From head to toe the Palisades Vinyl Statue is more accurate, and it's 1/6. I might keep it since I planned to flip it to get this POS.

CGI. Whatever. It still isnt HD as the new gen systems. Nemesis would look better than that nowadays in an updated game.

I will say though, I do like the painting on it, but I still like HCG's. If that palisades one was made out of polystone, then I would jump on it. That and if it was 1:4.

I actually prefer the HCG statue to the Palisades Vinyl statue.
HCG looks more presentable where as the Palisades looks kinda ugly.

The HCG is solid I believe, the Palisades is Vinyl (basically weightless).

I was considering this piece before I had known hcg was doing their own nemesis. But then I heard it was vinly and that turned me off to it. Im not knocking the piece I think it looks great, just not my preference.

Vinyl is just cheap to make I assume, it's basically just a hollow mold. I didn't even realize it was vinyl until I bought it.

I have a palisades Nemesis figure i bought about 10 years ago and the HCG Nemesis looks like the figure but obviously better quality ect so thats why when i seen the in hand pics i was delighted and still think it looks a great piece.

Moby D i c k (dumb censor) I think is the only company to full do Nemesis justice. All three versions, Pursuer, Tentacles and the Acid Spewer.

1,000$? I picked up mine for under 200$ and it was sealed in the box. Funny thing is I picked it up literally days before Nemesis was unveiled by HCG lol.
