I still don't see where the "risk" is??
There are no holes in the glass, the Nemesis weight is spread near enough evenly across the whole glass.
Do you have a detolf display do you know how it is set up?
I will provide pics if you want because if there is a risk then I want it sorting but it looks sturdy enough to me

just read those links and I'm worried now.Checked the glass and shelves of my detolf, doesn't look like any damage to glass or shelves at this point but it's got me concerned because even though I have doubled up the glass on the nemesis shelf he weighs in at about 17lb and the shelf max weight is 13lb
Looks like I'm going to have to put Nemesis on the bottom and re arrange my detolf

Dude.. I kept Nemesis on doubled up glass for months in a detolf. Its fine. lmfao! I wouldnt trust it on a single layer though. Plus Nemesis is about 20-25lbs.

I'm not going to take the risk even with the glass doubled up because if in another 5 months time it could just fall through and I wouldn't be able to complain to ikea because the weight per shelf is only 13lb.

You must still be hanging on to past remarks. Not my problem. I wasnt talking about you. But that's fine. Ill make it a point to. I was talking about Project A's rude gif. At this point I dont feel like wasting my energy on childish behavior. I come in here to respectfully share my statues and have civil conversations but if I cant come in here and do that without some rude remark, especially from people who dont even collect statues or arent even a fan of HCG pieces, it's better to just ignore em.

I don't mind some of HCG stuff, but I was attacked a lot when I dismissed their Nemesis. I'm a gigantic Nemesis fan but I think it was a bust in terms of accuracy and sub-par paintjob.
You should totally buy the Nemmy statue. If you've had it in hand and decide you dont like it you can sell it on, or hold onto it until it sells out then sell it on. Its a nice piece. And i wouldnt say the accuracy was off because its not trying to be a specific Nemesis (which we have had 5 variations of)

If I had a high paying job I would get it just because it's Nemesis. But it's so ******* huge I don't have room for it. I have the Palisades version which is roughly 1/6 scale which is more accurate.
If they did a Wesker/ Leon statue I would definitely get it

For someone with the name "DarkHumor," you sure get your feelings hurt easily. Project A is known for posting funny gifs, he never means harm or ill will. Don't take it to heart.
Good point, I would say 75% of Project A's posted include a gif of a woman from Mob Wives or some reality show so you're not being singled out

Project A is just messing around a bit of banter nothing serious, regarding nemesis he is a quality bad *** statue until he is in your display you really can't comment on pics even the good ones.
Dark Humor you know people are going to talk ***** about the HCG Jill Valentine statue but as long as you like it then you will have to ignore the bad comments I have the whole HCG RE line excluding Alice and People don't like Chris or zombie but they look cool in my collection so I'm not really assed what people say.
Jill will look awesome next to Nemmy and that is something I'm looking forward to
