Hey toy anxiety... I have a thought/ suggestion for you. Have you considered contacting sideshow toys about purchasing broken returned figures from them? it might be an inexpensive way to bolster alot of the harder to find 1/6th pieces you stock.

That doesn't sound like a bad idea. I mean lots of times, ppl return entire figures for maybe one imperfection that doesn't ruin the rest of the figure. I guess it would depend on if SS is will to sell them at a discount

Yes, actually we have, but they've never had anything, and don't seem too willing to offer into us or let us know if they ever have any such product. There is a page on our wholesale account of occasional scratch & dent stuff, but it's always statues, never 1:6, and very low quantities, and the discount isn't that much.

I don't know if this has been asked already but figured it's worth a shot. When you part out figures do you throw away the boxes? I had a flood recently and my tracker predator box got ruined. Not a big deal but I'd like to be able to buy another one if possible.

Dumpster? ...shoot you could have dove in my basement. Possibly went fishing too. Not a big deal like I said. I ripped open the box like a kid at christmas and displayed him. It was time to put my preds on display anyway. I need more shelving is my problem. But now I've got all my super preds, shadow, and classic displayed.

Only tracker was "ripped open" and yes that is literally ripped open. The box was soaked from a flood.

No
Just too much rain. Sump pump couldn't handle it. Had no heat for 1 day and no hot water for 2. I got everything back up and running luckily. Not bad for a guy that's not really handy, eh? But all in all the damage was pretty minimal. Could've been waaaay worse. I've actually got pics. I'll post em.
