Yep, it happened to me with some very similar looking hands. Just email them, explain what the issue is and I'll take care of you.

I also was sent the wrong hands , sent an email and replacement on the way. No one is better at customer service than TA. True professionals.

Here's my March Entry. A custom Ragnar I made for Dwill.
Lots of great people helped me bring this grail to life.

The HT DX base was bought through TA, I of course added the rock/sand
base and custom name plate. Thanks TA for being part of this build.
