instead of remaking Hellraiser, Clive Barker should make a Tortured Souls movie like he said he would.. They already have the characters designed and most of the story written for it. I'm still waiting for the day I can see Talisac giving birth to Mongroid on screen, and gets eaten by his own baby while suspended in the air defenseless

That would be sweet!!! I'd love to see a Tortured Souls movie. As for Hellraiser, I'm a fan of the first two, that's it. The Cenobites became waaay too cheesy for me to really get into them. The OG Cenobites should not change if they remake this. That's going to be the worst part. Unlike others though, I welcome a remake. The new NOES is better than the original in my opinion. *waits for the hate* lol. So maybe, just maybe, they could do Hellraiser to my liking.

This remake was actually Shelved last year in favor of doing a Hellraiser 9 and then moving on to do the remake. Last I read Doug Bradley wanted nothing to do with either film as he thinks things have gotten completely out of hand (I could have told him that after 6). However I've heard no new news on either.

This isnt that film, he still wants to make one. This film was supposedly made really fast and cheap so they wouldnt lose the license. When I first read about it some time ago, said it had a premire with only the workers and cast, and they would shelf it.

I get that, but I remember seeing him in an interview where he was saying he was happy to see this and was more than happy to finally have a hand in making the Hellraiser he'd always wanted to see. What happened?

With the fat body and double chin, it's almost like Butterball somehow became Pinhead.
