One little nitpick I have about this episode is that Ted's power seemed more like the Human Torch. With all the radiation he was pumping out, especially at the end, they should all be dead of radiation poisoning.

Except Claire, of course.

i was thinking that myself.

I'm sure others know more than me and can better answer, but my only guess would be that he wasn't putting out dangerous levels of radiation, just alot of heat. Kinda like a microwave heats up food without killing you if you stand in front of it.

On the other hand...amazing how her skin was charred but her hair and clothes weren't burned completely away.

hehe, you are disappointed that she still was covered weren't ya?

Anyway, they did say that the level of radiation he emitted was very low. I figure that his wife died because of the closeness of them. Trying to be delicate here. :)

Great epsiode tonight! The ending was rather suprising, but I don't think we'll see the last of her father.
On a side note, did anyone catch the new series the Black Donelleys? I thought it was pretty good.

I love the fact that now Claire is underground, we got background on Claude, we saw lil Hiro (and a retro Gameboy). This was fantastic, and I cannot wait for next week. What is this with Simone ... alive?

Of course not he WAS in the preview for next week...

They gave us too many answers! Don't they want to prolong the mystery?

And a big shout out to Eric Roberts - awesome choice for a villain!

Yeah he's a creep!

But where are all of the complaints about last nights Ep. not featuring Peter, Hiro, Niki and Silar? Lost can't get a break when characters are MIA. :D

Awesome episode though!

Technically we did see Hiro. :monkey3 And I only complain with Lost because Jack annoys me so seeing too much of him sucks.

:lol Oh sure we see future cool Hiro and it counts but not mini-Hiro?

Touché my friend!

Anyway, Monday's episode kicked ass, I think we'll both agree on that. Right? I'm excited to see the direction it's going to take, now that Claire is underground. Plus Hiro's getting his Sword soon!!

I thought that (besides the flashbacks) this was one of the most self-contained episodes so far. It seemed to move very fast. I can't wait to see what's next.

Oh, yeah, Simone back from the dead? Maybe Peter does save her.

Maybe Simone's a regenerator/healer too!?! *gasp*
Could be. Or maybe Peter, along with all his other abilities, has found a way to heal others. Or it might just be a red herring. :monkey1

Aye, I'll drink to that. And I'll make a concession I realized today while talking to someone at internship about it...the commercial was misleading saying that someone dies and implying it was a main person, and if Simone heals herself then it really wasn't anyone but the mechanic lady who we had just met. And it seems like they pulled that once before (when Isaac died in the future maybe?), but I'm not sure.

Another kick ass episode tonight. But I'm not thrilled about having to wait until April 23rd for the next episode. It's gonna be a long 7 weeks without my new favorite show.
