Wow... Page 4!!!

Well the show's starting for me right now... It's supposed to be good and sets things back on track... I guess we'll see.

Yes it is a new one. And by Neil's post I'm guessing its supposed to be the first episode written by the original writers. Fingers crossed, although I'll cut them some slack since they've inherited a bit of a mess.

Sorry I forget Claire has two dad's.

It is... and it's good.

Great special effects-- Rebel's revealed (and it's who I thought it was)-- and what I was saying before about too many characters gets somewhat resolved.

Good ending-- Who knew Parkman could fly?:naughty

Enjoy.

He looks a lot older, it's only been a little over a year since we've seen him, right?

Good episode. Hopefully the show will get back on track.

I was ready to throw my shoe through the screen when Parkman said he could fly---:monkey4

But revealing that it was him just holding on to Daphne and then her subsequent death really was phenomenally done-- And the first minute of the show with the shaving already looked like the show used to be in the first season (Sylar delivering the puppetmaster?).

All in all an absence of Claire and Hiro/Ando getting back to what they do helped the show. Maybe Nathan's absence also helped.

And I think they set it up nicely that maybe "Icegirl" :lol isn't dead as the ice pieces seemed to melt into the grate (and the blinking of her eyes when she was frozen)...

I hope this suggests the new direction/tempo of the series and it can only go up from here.

That episode had all the markings of a new writer....significant change in tone & style

also a writer likes to cull the mistakes of previous writers

I too thought it was ridiculous when Matt flew, but the way it turned out was great. And if Tracy is indeed dead I hope they don't bring back her actress to play the third triplet.

Claire has suffered from bad writing, I think with the new writers she'll become a better character.

One can only hope... I'm sick of her doing the same ol' schtick. It's time to have some development in her character.

I really don't think that Tracy is dead. I think she was melting into the grate and I wonder if using her power at such an insane level has caused her to "mutate" or "evolve" to where she has a complete ice form.

That'd be interesting.

I also liked how it ended with Peter and his mother in the Statue of Liberty and panning out like that.

Having her in ice form may be a bit too much for the budget. Especially since its getting low ratings.

Show has definately got MUCH better! As for Tracy, she blinked, but if Im not mistaken there was also a "tear" rolling down her cheek, so it was more then just a last blink IMO. Plus, unlike everyone else that was frozen and shattered, there was no blood and guts mized in. Just pure ice....so maybe she will be back.

Yeah the plotting between mother and son was great! I have a feeling they are going to group up. Now that Parkmen has let Daphne go...I believe a war is coming. Also looks like Sylar is trying to make a deal....he takes care of allll the heros and is the only one left standing.

Micha was cool as the "Rebel". Good to see the kid grow up. I like how he is doing his thing.

To bad about Daphne, but I can see Matt becoming more of a warrior now. And his kid was cool with his little power! Thank god Hiro got some of his power back, as he was getting a bit annoying without them.

And Ando doing a Hadouken on that guard was so frakin' AWESOME!!!! Thank god his power has a real use finally.

I was kind pissed about Tracy until the very end part. It definitely looks like she will be back!

Well, looks like the show is back on track. Finally!!

I think the blinking and the tear was just a way to say goodbye to the character (and actor) - I doubt we'll see her back.

And Mika's voice has changed - man, kids grow up fast.

I hated to see Daphne die - but at least it was a good death rather than just being shot and then falling out of the show as it appeared they were going to do it.

The writing was better - but people are still doing dumb things - why would Mohinder go with the bad guy? He had to know it was a trick.

And Noah's ever-shifting loyalties better have a great payoff - because right now they don't make a lot of sense. Same with Nathan's.

Last few episodes have really seemed a lot better and last nights was actually really good. Hope they can keep this momentum to help erase the hum-drum of the 2nd season and most of the 3rd.

Its nice to be interested in this show again... and I do think that the blinking eye was to show that she would be back. I don't think they would have bothered with it if she was dead and gone.

I have to agree. I thought it was a great episode overall. I'm also glad that Matt can't really fly. :lol It was great how they did Daphne's death.
