I always liked Claire Danes until I saw her in Temple Grandin. But I'll give her a chance with this. However the first episode didn't grab me - kind of boring.

A theory I heard at work today:
Who knows....could be I guess.
Saul is the "mole." He is the one that called the wife and let her know her "husband" was being followed and he slipped the razor blade in under the water cup.

That thought crossed my mind briefly too. But there's 2 problems with that theory..
1. Saul was involved in the initial investigation set up of all the persons of interest (which included the professor). If he was a mole why didn't he just warn them (the professor and the blond lady) right then and there instead of waiting until Carrie and the other dude were tailing him!?
2. Saul saw the prisoner FIRST. If he was the one who slipped him the razor blade why did that guy wait so long until he finally committed suicide!? And how did he conceal the little piece of razor blade so long!?

Doesn't fit IMO. Not saying it's not true.. just saying those two points in favor of him being a mole don't add up.

I was away with the family for a Disney World vacation last week through early this week, and I wasn't able to watch last Sunday's episode until last night. Another fantastic episode in what is a fantastic series.
My only issue is that when Sgt. Brody had to seperated from his former captor, why weren't there any Arabic speaking agents there? After they were seperated and Brody was leaving, the guard was saying something in Arabic.

Doesn't Saul speak Arabic? I'm sure what was said will come up again, they made sure to show him saying it.
