Wished I had those 50 cent little plastic trolls with the real hair that sticks out that you where able to find in a machine back in the day incased in a plastic bubble , I can cut some strands of hair out and glue them to the HT HS.
I know it's a stretch, but I remember those cheap novelties had really realistic colored hair.

Yep. I get hit with another 8.75% tax in CA on top of that. But I think the $30 is well worth it now having gone thru -- going thru -- the "wait" on Batman.
I found the Joker for $280 shipped in Australia although I think they receive their stock late so I'm better off ordering through eBay.

But I must say, his popularity may make you think it's selling out like hotcakes in the beginning because these are gonna get snapped up quick by us "can't-waiters". But don't be fooled that's its rare. There's probably 30,000 of these things at least by the end of it.

You are nuts my friend... no way I'd pay an extra $120 for a figure just to get it a bit early. Not to mention you've got like 20 Nicholson figures chilling at your house already

Crazy? Me? That's a given considering the context. You know what though? I have "0" Jacks at my place right now. That's right. I liked the looks of HT's so much that I sold'em all off. Therefore an overseas purchase at an outrageous price just to have him on the shelf a month sooner is pretty tempting.

No, that's it, total. We're both in CA. We might have slightly different tax rates in our counties but that's a dollar or two either way. The free shipping makes a pretty big difference.
Ah, OK, well there you go. Definitely the free shipping helps save $10-12.
But if I cancel now and order thru SS I still fear I'll put myself so far back in line that I'll end up paying more and still waiting until May to get this guy. That's why I'm considering just shelling out some coin and getting this damn thing now.

It makes sense for you to at least entertain the thought. I already bought and paid for both Batman and the Joker through AE, so I'm stuck, but in the future I'll consider going direct through SS on the more expensive figures like this.... 20 bucks isn't worth the wait.

My Luke is all bought and paid for.... through AE.
If the split shipment thing stops I won't have any issue with sticking with AE. I like the fact that they double box and I can pay whenever I want with as many installments as I'd like. They're great, I just hate waiting.
Where can i find Superman for that price??
