What the heck. I get charged over the weekend for the final flex payment and you guys that got charged yesterday got shipping notices before me? Totally not cool! Had he shipped today I'd have him Friday instead of Monday at the earliest

Yeah. But I just think since Sideshow had all of our money first we should have shipped first. Doesn't seem very fair for us to pay in advance for this for months and have our final payment in before everyone else and then get shipped last! Shipping on a Wed/Thurs makes a BIG difference to me. I either get it by the weekend or I don't and that matters to me. I just feel like Sideshow's shipping department has had a grudge against me the last little while or something.

And its scary sometimes how much I agree with/sound like George

I sent SSC an email enquiring about almost exactly that same thing...here is the reply for all that think our FLEXs get done at when we think they are...

Dear Daron,

Thank you for contacting our Customer Service Department.

I wanted to confirm that your April 15th payments for your order JOKER, HAWKEYE HT, and DARTH MAUL Medicom have been successfully charged today. Please know as our office is closed on the weekends, any payments that fall on a weekend will be charged the following business day. Due to the large number of payments on this schedule, it took our staff an extra day to get through everyone’s payment. I apologize for the delay!

As always, please do not hesitate to let me know if you have any further questions or concerns.

I PO'ed on the day on the notification too, mine did not even get processed on Monday the 16th, but rather Tuesday the 17th!!! My SSC personal calender now reflects this alteration, but it certainly did not until after the above email.

I can easily understand the "first come, first served" principle, so I suppose it is fair in the overall run of things - even if it seems not - but charging two days later that announced is a bit...I don't know...off?

My was chaged Monday, but didn't clear my bank until Wednesday. And mine was on FLEX pay and also shipped out Wednesday. I will have it Tuesday the 24th.

If SSC stated in an email that the weekend cause a delay of a day and the large volume of business cause an additional delay, I don't understand what the panic is about. Those reasons sound pretty legit. At least they are giving us the info.

Thats what Im thinking. For years, I always got charged the same day that the item got shipped out with SS.

But this last year has been waiting days after a charge to get shipped. Seems like they need a big chunk of cash before the shipping container can even be opened . They have to have doubled their buisness since offering Hot Toys.


Like BUTTMUNCH said, a day or two makes a difference. If my Jokers were shipped when I got charged, I would have them Friday. Now they are coming next Tues, and we have a homeschool event and wont be here.
