The button on the overcoat wouldn't reach enough to close even without the tail coat on. And it would be so tight and deformed, that it looked pretty bad.
Yes, the knock off one is on top of the tail coat one. Still experimenting at this point. Nothing's permanent, guys. Wanted to read your thoughts. But yeah, my stock one is useless.

Still not clear... did you try putting on the stock overcoat without the tails jacket being on?

Here's a couple of pictures of mine. I am using a different overcoat since the stock one wouldn't fit him and front button wouldn't close. The one in the picture is from that knock off Nicholson Joker V2. I think it looks ok. Anyway, really happy with this Joker!

I like both looks with jacket on and other one make complete differnt jacks and reason why i'll end owning at least 2 of him eventualy ...I had no problem with coat and could close easily but like the tails coat the best ......

It's a nice jacket though comm. you could easier take it by the seams to make fit just right. That's what I'd do
