The one in the background is the one with the crooked PERS. His fate is yet to be determined.


Regarding repaints - it would be hard to make a call like that without knowing what Hot Toys has in store...

Loose ankles, shirt button falling off, lopsided lapel on the overcoat, and a bent hat, but other than that my Joker is perfect.
*sigh*

That sucks. Especially the lapel problem.

Remember, the hat is supposed to have a bend in the back. Sorry to hear about the other stuff.

That's exactly how mine looks, which is darn close to the above screen cap.

It's even bent a little off to his right, which I had never noticed before.

Mine came in from CSC as well. Very impressed with this figure. It had some minor glue residue on the coat but I can live with it. Now how to pose him....

I think this is what I fear the most. This is what Maulfan had. And its simply un-fixable.

i got my joker today from alter ego and i never even received a shipping notice! score!

I had to email them about mine. They got back to me today, he should be here tomorrow. Cue the dancing bananas!

Yerp, but I dont really care about what the box has on it. The front of the Box is fine, and thats how Ill be displaying it so the track marks are not a big deal.

Were all in the same boat with the damaged boxes. The pictures shown of it isn't that bad at all and that email needlessly scared the ____ out of everyone, myself included. I get mine on Monday. But there was one where a BBTS shipment got bumped up a day so MAYBE a Saturday delivery

Got my DX08 Jack Joker today and aside from the factory error on the box (yep I got one of those) he is damn near perfection! It was hard for me to drop down the dough for this guy at first, but now looking at him first hand, he his extraordinary!! Sculpt, paint, tailoring....all the accessories he comes with....just truly a masterpiece. I thought I was blown away by Bats, but this guy knocks him out of the water. I cant decide on a single pose...And as Im looking at him on my shelf I almost want to think his eyes will follow me as I move around. He looks that real!

After this now it makes me really anxious and excited for DX07 Bespin Luke and DX10 T-800, HT upped the bar with this one and now after I have him, its money WELL SPENT.

If any one is on the fence on this one Id say take the plunge. Youll be glad you did!

Tell me about it!

I have movement in my right arm up to my elbow, but the brace prevents me from moving my shoulder so I have to pick a pose then put him on the shelf. And trying to get his legs into position on the stand with one arm is a lil tricky but doable. Since I cant reach up with both hands.

Got him in a pretty standard neutral pose atm, will get more creative once I have my full range of movement with my right arm again!

What was that rumour a while back of a Nicholson Joker Version 2? Where'd that come from?

Supposedly HT is planning another Nicholson Joker, but Im sure it will be a completely different version than this DX release.

Could be Art Museum Joker, could be Mob Scene Napier or Mob Scene Joker...

For me, Im VERY content with this version. I prefer the iconic Purple suit myself.
