Where'd you get the hat?

DiFabio, from your picture it looks like the magnet is not missing, it is just detatched(from the hair) and stuck to the head portion, that same issue happened with my DX Indy after swapping the hair pieces two times. Really sucks about the shirt and TT issues, agreed that this should not be present on a $260+ figure.

I checked mine (as much as I could) at my LCS, and mine is issue free with the common problem of the mfg. process on the box leaving D9 tractor treads on the top of the box. But what ever.

I had a magnet fall off RE Alice. HT's choice of glue sucks.

But it doesn't suck as much as the sloppiness of this Joker release.

Looks as though they're trying to rush them out the factory door as fast as possible, so it's pot luck whether they did the job well or not.

I've still kept my pre-order, but if he's bad Forbiddenplanet.com can just pick him back up again.

Got my second Joker from AE yesterday. No flaws that I can see. The tie is much better than my first one but other than that they're identical.

The only thing I futzed with in the pics is the hat so far.

I finally got to take pictures of my figure. I change the pants and I tweaked the hat. I plan on changing the waistcoat color to blue. And maybe adding a tighter ribbon to the hat.

It's a painted fabric gi joe beret that I sprayed with gloss coat. It'll do for now.

Wow, the new tie is waaay better!

I plan on changing the waistcoat color to blue.

I actually like the color of the vest. I think green makes for a really nice color pallet on the shelf - more than blue would. I felt the same way about the liner on the DX01 coat. Orange is more screen accurate, but I like that HT chose to make it red.

Finally, Coco has the best TIE I've seen yet. Most have way too short a bow.

There must be a way to snip the threads and extend the bow, no?

I doubt that.

But I just don't know if its really tied or just made to look like it -- like its really a loop that's then knotted, which won't have any give in material. I'll know better when I get mine Tuesday.

Looks like it's really tied to me. The only problem I have with mine is that the loop on his left looks twisted. Will have to check a screen cap, maybe it's supposed to be that way...

Got both Keaton Bats and 89 Joker yesterday from BBTS. I did a very brief check of both and it did not appear there were any issues. However, after reading some of the past posts, it appears i will need to check again.

Now that I have a head with parallel eyes, I'm really letting myself fall in love with the Hot Toys head.

Just wanted to mention that personally I think this head looks the best with the PERS in a more downward position. Usually I like a head down, eyes up pose, but in this case I think it's better the opposite, especially considering the reference shot:
