Is anyone thinking that the box for the tracker and the hound will be ridiculously big? I'm assuming the hound will have to be assembled but it should still take up a large amount of room. Is the hound the largest accessory that hot toys have ever done?

In theory it should be bigger than the other Predators figures but I guess we will have to see what Hot Toys decides to do with the plastic trays inside.

I don't think it will be too big. HT is usually very creative with packaging.
Several theories have been thrown around...Tracker's biomask might have detachable tusks; the spines/bones of the hound might be as well.

I guess you guys havent seen the Godfather box form Hot Toys in person talk about a big box... He came with a big ass chair I can see Hot Toys doing the taller style box again for this maybe...

Yeah I thought that about the spines too, logically they should be removable, not only for the sake of saving pace but also to prevent damage. They look like they could be fairly breakable.

I don't think they will be that fragile. PVC has a pretty good give. Molding and casting the thing would be easier with little to no spikes unless they share a common seam line. So there may be a row down the middle and all others separate.

Imo Tracker's tusks and his hound's spikes should be removeable.

1. They look like the most fragile parts

2. It would be easy to make them removeable

3. They wouldn't look any different once assembled

4. No one likes waiting several weeks/months to get a replacement of something broken on their $230 figure :panic:

Reposting some pics.

I really want to see some in progress images of the tracker himself, like they did with the other two predators.

Tracker's bio sculpt has really grown on me. Looks like HT did a combination of wear for that helmet. Above his eye it looks like a scratch, but below it looks like it's worn away or organically damaged.

The groupshots with the real 'environment' and cool poses sold them better than that store shot with just the HT stands. Methinks I'll be trying to replicate the earlier promo group shots as best I can.
