When I placed my order on the 13th, the satus was : in stock, shipping the same day on orders before 2pm.
It didn't ship out even the next day, so I chatted with Kathy, she said from 3 to 5 days.
Today I just chatted with her, she said within next week as she doesn't have any to ship out.
At that point, I just didn't want to wait, what if it doesn't ship out next week?
So I cancelled and just bought one off ebay new from a reputtable store.
I should have mine this week.

Can't say I blame you on that. I would have done the same thing. The only reason I stuck with ss is because I got a lot of rewards points building up. But they did ship mine fast.

I still need to slide the pants down a bit and resize the Harvey photo slightly smaller + weather it less...

Have to admit, this figure is magnetic...can't walk past it and not stop/stare & soak in the awesomeness.

Sideshow or BBTS. Or maybe eBay. They are bout $200 now, which is better since that's how much mine was when I bought the loose parts a few weeks ago, and that didn't include the hands, pegs, coat, broken cowl and the sweater.

Yeah, cheapest I found him was AE but they're sold out. I thought someone might know one of these obscure site I don't know about with a good deal.

Why didn't you just buy the whole figure? Wouldn't it have been cheaper?

Thanks man but I've yet to touch the coat. It had some appearance of weathering right out of the box, but I think that's actually just lighting and the stock coat looking pretty good!

After having Bane since last Thursday, he is one of my top HT figures I own. Great shelf presence like y'all said and he just look so damn real and very photogenic. I never thought I would say this, but he is a much better looking figure than the Joker 2.0 who I own as well. But I love them both and that's it for me. No more HT figures left for me to buy from the Nolanverse, unless SK/CW turns out amazing. Still on the fence about getting her, cuz her proto figure looks too much like barbie doll with that hair. All I can do now is try to post up pics for y'all to see when I have time.

I forgot to add, I just noticed last night from bright light that Bane's stock pants got some weathering on it if u look real close. It's like rust stains on certain areas like he's been into battle or stayed in the sewer for too long and whatnot. Anyone noticed that??
