It's what i think, but I need a confirmation from somone that aready have it! Rubber would be really disappointing!

why? the knees and elbows are rubber, and V1 had rubber stomach, and saw a review, of V2 and the guy had V1 and its still in good condition, even after all these years, I just hope they used that rubber and not the same kind as Ed 209, seeing as there isn't a thread about Robo having deterioration I guess we dodged that bullet.

You already answer why. The thought that the deterioration can happens praticly vanish when it is made on plastic! I don't want to pay more then $300 and take the chance to see this exposed parts falling apart in a few years.

But V1 is fine!? Also nothing lasts forever, but as I said no one is posting about Robo falling apart like ED 209, you would have seen posts like that already, so I think we are in the clear. At least for now I would love to see this thread in like 2 years.

The lady I talked to on the phone said they had their first batch in stock and they were going through to shipping this week. I asked specifically about my order and she said since my final payment was processed last Monday (when I called them last week) it would be one of the first to go out. "Before Weds" is what I was told. So either today or tomorrow. ...I'm hoping anyway. I know SSC has been know to blow a lot of smoke up our *****, but I'm going to try and stay positive and hope to see a shipping notice tonight or tomorrow....lol

So Robocop might not ship until next week? That means my final payment was charged almost two weeks early, and that's AFTER it was moved back five days with no notice. My final flex for the full DK Armory set is scheduled for Wednesday. I wonder if that will ship on-time.

I feel your pain, I couldn't wait after the 25th when they didn't charge me, so I pre ordered the cop that shall not be named instead, and am now being billed on thurs. which is fine since I'm still having it shipped at the same time as you guys. But yeah they should of given us notice they were going to do that.

Whoa, didn't realize this also includes a diecast pistol. Nice touch. You can tell they put an awful lot of effort into this piece, probably on Howard's orders. "I want finger digits you can articulate! I want voice phrases! - with remote control activation! etc."

Funny don't tell that to Bo Shrek He swears up and down that it isn't worth the asking price, the paint apps and great sculpt of the armor itself is enough for me, **** the gimmicks, don't need metal or voice. Didn't need it for the first one and I was happy with that till they released this one.

Don't really care what anyone else thinks. I had the first one, it was excellent, this is even better IMO and looks spectacular in that video I mentioned.

Glad so many of us got a second shot at getting a Robocop 1 figure, with or without the bells and whistles.

Yeah but thats also the great thing, people are entitled to their opinions here, but its like I don't know what they could of done to make this figure any better, because for me the sculpt is good. And while its too silver for some's taste its ok for me. Can't wait to see this in my hand.

I say no, but it depends on you really, if you sit him in it, there is the risk that the rubber on his knees stay in that position and may just simply crack later if you take him off of it

Yeah, don't leave Robo in the chair for extended periods of time, it could wear out the rubber joints. I'd pose him standing next to the chair or leave the chair in the box.

The price and the fact I wouldn't pose him sitting down made it easy for me to pass on the chair, there are some rich enough to get 2 Robo's chair and non version, which is crazy. But they are out there.
