I keep checking my tracking number hoping that UPS changed and delivers on Thanksgiving :( oh well, just one more day. Yo Yankee any tips on checking the leg and arm joints to make sure nothing is broken with this fig? Funny with V.1 I didn't have any fear posing that guy but now and days with more figures having problems even BR Joker's ankle joints, the fear is real :lol

You mentioned that someone's figure has a broken leg? Did it come in the box like that? The leg didn't simply pop out and just needs a little shove to get it back in, right?

Other than that, just be very careful, take it nice and easy. The head should move very smoothly, but the limbs will offer up some resistance at first. You'll hear some loud pops as you work the joints, but that's normal.

I tried moving the ankles, but they appear to have no articulation. At least I don't think they do, I never read the instructions. :lol The feet just move up and down at the ankle, they don't rock side to side.

I don't know about you but my robo creaks a lot when moving/posing it

Creaking as in about-to-break creaking or creaking as in the-joints-are-still-new-and tight creaking? :lol

Mine's the same way. I hope we don't have to heat these up with a blow dryer first or anything like that.
No blow drier necessary, just think its how the figure is(of yours is also creaky)
Don't know how to describe it rather than being creaky
Pose yours a little and see if you can hear what I'm saying

Well, yeah, every time I move a limb, it creaks a little, but that's a good thing, it means the joints are still holding up. I don't think it'll be as pronounced the more you pose it.

Robo just arrived :panic:

Alright, my man, congrats!

Robo just arrived. Within 5 minutes the forearm just below the elbow (that part that wiggles just a little) had popped clean off, and it doesn't seem to be a part that just pops back on.

When I look at how little glue was applied it's a wonder it ever stayed on in the first place. One little drop on one side. I guess Murphy is now ready for the gun attachment from the god forsaken third movie.

Luckily it's an easy fix.

So whatcha think, FOTY material??

Amazing figure man. Can't wait to set him up and take some pics later today. He is standing in a museum pose on the shelf at the moment. I only had time to switched to the open mouth and articulated hands. I still need to swing by the store and pickup some batteries to test the sound features too. So far I'm real happy with this one :)

My first Robo was merely checked for defects and that was it. Never really had a chance to "play" with it.

This guy is really cool. A keeper if you love Robocop. The articulation really impressed but i wonder if anyone will ever use such extreme poses on a guy who was never really able to flex all that much anyway. Reason I say that is because the gaps in between limbs are very noticeable. Also, the tan faceplates bother me a bit. Might just be the only one.

Couldn't care less about the silver. He looks fine.

My second best figure of the year. Easily.

Fran those are gorgeous pics still waiting on mine, UPS is taking forever!!!:impatient: 5X10 said that the EB and Hot Toys one have the same shade on the face plate but was more pronounced on the HT one cause of the bright finish on the armor so who knows I don't own both :dunno
