I saw someone selling what looks like those on eBay, but not sure how they work. They look solid, so not sure how they stretch to get on the feet. I assume the figures do have feet?

Apply a coat of Microsol to the surface of wherever you'll be applying the decal, let it dry, cut your decal to size (1 at a time so you don't lose them), dunk in warm water for a few second, apply in desired location, let dry, apply a coat of Microset.

I'd recommend letting things fully dry half a day and then brush on a coat or 2 of dullcoate. I bought aerosol because I couldn't find a brush on. I sprayed a bit in a glass dish and brushed it on anyway.

I ordered some micro sol and micro set off amazon. Noticed it mentions they're frequently bought with "Micro kristal klear." Do I need that too?

Nope but you will need dullcoate otherwise the decals will remain glossy and they stand out on the skateboard and shoes especially when they're not dull just as the toy plastic is

The boots and hoverboard were done by IDM Customs, who unfortunately got burned out and left a lot of people in the lurch who ordered from him. I initially had those parts, but sold them after realizing a decent outfit wasn't on the horizon.
