I sent them 22 emails, they replied 7 and it says basically the same thing.

What exactly would hot toys say in response?

And if you read the reports they couldn't release that version of they wanted. Hot toys can not just release any product they want. Every single item has to get approval from multiple people, most importantly Marvels brand manager, before it goes up for sale. So if a fully fleshed out prototype is shown and doesn't go up for order within 9-12 months 99% of the time it means they where not granted approval.
