Yeah, there's all kinds of little differences. But it could just be early in the sculpt and it got reworked. No way to know. The big thing for me is the neck articulation. It looks like the cut is a wee bit different. Something they wouldn't change if it where just the same head but early. Could just be the angle...so I may be wrong.

Yep your all right, it's a completely different sculpt, some little changes but the ears really give it away. Just a matter of days now before he's up for pre-order.

Angle of the mouth looks slightly different to me as well with the side to side. Could be completely wrong.

The scaring is where the are the most differences.

Judging from this comparison photo...I don't know anymore......

But showing us a footage of sculpting him definitely means something.

Weird how the ears are so different from one sculpt to the next. Bottom one looks like a perfect shaped ear and the top one is an unusual shape.
They just didn't like the weird ears....that was the real problem lol

Gotta say the brow and eyes look much better on the bottom one, no more 'high as a kite' stare

I was going to say his brows have a sterner look to the sculpt. Something little like that's is gonna make a huge difference

Yep and the scar tattoos look much cleaner and have extra detail. Regardless of whether it's new or not it's a much better sculpt.

True for sure...but...there's no way to be 100% sure this isn't just early progress on the same head. I'm just pointing out (even though I was the first to throw out the comp pic lol) that even though they do look very different...does not mean it's actually a new head. The scars could have muddied through the mold process, or been altered on purpose. It's my opinion that it's a new head, but I don't think people should get all excited. This is why people tend to get mad at hot toys. They assume things and then when their assumptions are not true its on hot toys. Not saying you are doing this ultron-7, just a "in general" statement.

True, hence:
Regardless of whether it's new or not it's a much better sculpt.

It could be an early stage of the original sculpt as you suggested or completely new or anything inbetween. We won't know unless HT tells us, so everything should be taken as speculation.

I just worry about the casts from that, never as sharp Why can't they just sculpt all the heads?
