I think I'm still in the "cloth" camp seeing as the texturizing of the vinyl canvas bothers me. IW Cap looks OK on the shelf for me but not up close - but - I dunno, at first I was gonna leap on this Cap but he's gotta a lot of plastic. The scales would be OK but the rest of the uniform is the plastic-ey stuff.

Yeah I haven't seen either the IW or Concept figures in person, so I can see how the vinyl outfit might look a bit cheaper up close than it comes across in pics.

If any spoilers are being leaked maliciously that is a real jerk move but again if concerned with spoilers why would you visit a thread based specifically on Endgame toys? It's just dumb to expect a quarantine to last very long, and the spoiler tags are obnoxious on mobile.

Okay I see that most are not posting spoiler tags on the movie thread so now I think that HT have to have a deluxe EG Cap in the works , most likely the really grimy, dirty, BD Version with a new unmasked HS and perhaps a QR suit as well

I mean c’mon , they now know this was it for Cap in this era.

If anything I’m 100% sure seeing a final IM BD Tony with you know what in his arm coming from HT because it was truly the end for Tony

I think A1 Captain redo would sell better. That might be revealed this summer.

Btw..not everyone got every single HT Cap..I only got TFA, AOU,WS.. Stealth two pack and that’s it. So I never got the BD exclusive forgot which film,and the other exclusives. So I wouldn’t mind the BD EG version if it happens

Avengers 2012 Cap and Stike Suit would be a lock for me. I’d have to sell the Concept or my AoU to really want this one. Honestly the “dirty” spots on the white and the shield really annoy me.

Does Cap go back to live in the past — or does he go and live in another dimension?

The directors say it’s the latter.

“If Cap were to go back into the past and live there, he would create a branched reality,” Joe explained. “The question then becomes, how is he back in this reality to give the shield away?”

The brothers smile.

“Interesting question, right?” Joe said. “Maybe there’s a story there. There’s a lot of layers built into this movie and we spent three years thinking through it, so it’s fun to talk about it and hopefully fill in holes for people so they understand what we’re thinking.”

Also, they confirm — Bucky knew. When Cap was preparing to for the trip, which is only supposed to last a few seconds in the main timeline, his old friend from the Brooklyn days gives him a surprisingly heavy farewell.

Somehow, and it’s probably more than just intuition, he was aware that Cap was going to live in the past. “Especially when he says goodbye,” Joe explained. “He says, ‘I’ll miss you.’ Clearly he knows something.”

But how? Has Winter Soldier already met with Old Cap at some previous point? It seems like that may be the case.

On the other hand, Joe adds, “Sam doesn’t know something.” Falcon has no idea about Old Cap, which is why The Winter Soldier urges him to go up and talk to the now-elderly Steve Rogers. Bucky already has the answer to the questions Sam is going to ask.

Maybe we’ll get our own answered in the streaming series called Falcon and Winter Soldier which is in the works for the Disney+ service.

Yeah I had just assumed that after Peggy died in that alternate universe, Cap jumped back to the main one again. They may have taken some artistic license to have him appear on the park bench instead of on the pad like before, but I think it was a worthwhile one and something that's easy enough to forgive.

If that’s the case though, shouldn’t he have been wearing his GPS time tracker bracelet? Unless he was and I missed it.

Perhaps it was meant to be ambiguous on what he did. Whether he actually jumped back, or he caught up to them by knowing they were going to be there once he got to that moment in time.
