It's really no more outlandish than people thinking that posting here or on other similar message boards gets SSC or HT to make decisions on lines, changes to figures or modifications to sculpts.

Personally I don't think either company listens really to either, I think they might do a quick barometer check to see if something is being accepted well but beyond that I think they could care less how much hot air we give.

Of course someone will turn around and passionate argue opposite me and so goes the way of life.

Exactly. I just love how ungrateful they are now. Its the not right version. Nobody wanted that man chick with scars, etc, etc I was hoping it would shut them up for a while but I think its going to have the opposite effect.

Ha. When I saw those figures on the Home page, I thought to myself, Wow that dudes got some huge man ****s. I had to click in and read a few pages to finally figure out it was a chick that just looks like a dude with tits.

I have a great feeling about this Thor though being incredible. Can't wait to see what they have done with done the sculpt.

Some people on this forum either have the memory of a gold fish or are just incredibly impatient

These days I reckon I'll only pre-order Hot Toys figures if there's an EX version I want, otherwise if it's a figure I really really want I'll get it from day 1 from a HK seller and if it's not I'll just wait till they come into stock with the UK dealers (no real need to pre-order these days)

That said so far of the 3 Avengers figures only Captain America is a certain purchase for me, Hawkeye is a probably and Fury is an almost certain pass.

Hehe well... yes, that'll be me for the more background Avengers like Nick Fury and Hawkeye. But Thor and Hulk I'll probably pre-order right away. Captain America I'll be waiting to see if they give him a new unmasked portrait before I buy.

the only ones ill be preordering without a doubt are mark 7 and the hulk. thor is a maybe PO and cap im gonna try to pick up second hand.
