Exactly. Especially 2.

A case could be made for the exact opposite but I see your point. I don’t think it’s too much to ask for civil behavior but who decides what’s civil? Where exactly is the line? So many people are offended by the most minute things these days. An infraction can be given out for something understood out of context. It’s all subjective now.

OMG
Thanks for the heads-up.
My Leia is still in the Chinese freight service, awaiting a haul.
This is bad news......

A batch of the figures people received has blue dots on the outfit... some were even slightly pink. We're not sure if they were tailoring marks for the application of pockets etc. First sets of figures to arrive didn't have any reports of it happening... then people started receiving them. I got mine from a seller in the UK called movie figures.co.uk and thankfully it was completely clear. People reported removing them with rubbing alcohol on cotton tips and then rinsing the area. Reports of it seem to have died down now, so I'm not sure if it was just a certain batch that was produced but people had received them from various resellers so it wasn't just one place.

Has anyone been in contact with Sideshow lately to know when they expect to receive their Fett's? Since no one has gotten the 'in our warehouse soon' email and July is almost over..I wonder if we'll have them in hand before August is over. After inspecting my regular edition, I think the Jedi one overall has better QC (and accuracy)..but I absolutely love the helmet on this one - among other things. Getting the deluxe edition will literally be like a brand new figure.

I would expect it's still at least 4 weeks until Sideshow has these. Best guess is end of August/very early September.

1. There is no right to "free speech" on a message board that is ultimately owned by a private individual.

not trying to nit pick...but this is a hot button issue for me. this statement is totally false.

there is ALWAYS free speech. anytime, anyplace anywhere. the consequences of your speech is what isn't free.

there are so many people in this world nowadays that love to site free speech to get away with being mother forgetters, and yet they have no mother forgetting clue about what it is and what it means.

Im not saying you are one of them, as your point is well understood.

Trio of Fetts. Pre-pro Fett on left, ESB Fett on right, ROTJ Fett in the back.

The owner of a private message board can restrict speech that does not coincide with the owner’s agenda. Sure you can say what you want, but the owner of a private forum has the right to moderate your speech. A popular example is non disclosure agreements. I get what you’re saying but if we want to be on this board we have to abide by the owner’s wishes and that includes limiting our speech according to the rules of the forum.

I honestly don't recall, but don't we all agree to certain terms by requesting to join the boards? That seems to be the case most places. Like if you go into a gas station, you need to have your bunny slippers and belly shirt on if you want service.
