Probably would have made more sense (in the grand scheme of the film) to call this a T-600 Heavy Infantry or something. That way you could justify why he's so out of proportion to what an infiltration model would/should look like.

That's exactly what I'm thinking too. The T-600 is a war horse, not a Trojan horse. Its job isn't to sneak behind enemy lines and infiltrate humanity's ranks, but to confront them head-on on the battlefield. T-700 was a step toward the T-800 and an efficient infiltration model, but I think it all originally started with the T-600, maybe to give a greater psychological effect when people have to blow away bots that look very similar to humans. Skynet is anything but foolish, it's all part of a carefully formulated plan. :rock

ok guys, I've read through a majority of these posts....when are these being released cause I want them both or need them both...my wife keeps telling me I don't know the difference.:D

I think these are leaked pics, no one here knows when they are released but I would take a stab at Q3 as the
T-700 dio is out April and the movie itself, May.

I'm glad they're going with eventually releasing the Endos, rather than the motorbike that was put forward earlier on :)
The motorbike was never put forward as a Hot Toys product - what you saw on this thread was just someone who posted up pics of concept art from the movie, not toyline.

Can't wait to get these. I would have preferred the T-600 to be a little closer in size to the T-800, but I think after the movie releases and we see the destruction that guy unleashes, it'll probably sell itself.

Yep of course. Just would rather see the release of the main human characters and endos to begin with ..rather than go off on a tangent in bringout out an item such as a hunter/killer motorbike ..or anything along those lines.

Considering that HT are coming along with the diorama peice first, which (for me) isn't much of an essential peice to own ..it is good to know that their next move could be to release the endo's, rather than another secondary/accessory type of item.

Not to derail the thread...but Playmates has some great HK stuff coming.

I LOVE the flying HK.

I don't know why they put a guy on the Moto-Terminator though. :lol

If its already on the HT site then that means it should be up on Toys2 within the next few days and on SSC's site probably within two or three weeks.
