Not on their Facebook, so I'll assume it's fake.
They'd have much better luck putting out a Jungle Hunter, anyhow.

I’ll throw my income at Hot Toys for the following:I was almost tempted to do a poll thread earlier today when I saw RIDDICK's post.
New installment in classic franchise hitting cinemas. Would you
A) Eagerly buy up the figures from that new movie
or B) Much rather Hot Toys used that new release as an excuse to revisit the actual classic movies with 2.0s and/or previously unmade characters
I reckon most would go for B.
Id go A. But for the creatures only. No interest in the humans.I was almost tempted to do a poll thread earlier today when I saw RIDDICK's post.

stupid AVP with its lizard scales and dry skin.some nice new lizard style scale designs
You say they were never scaled, but what if they were meant to be "in lore" but the practical suit just didnt reflect that? Or the design made them aesthetically choose to make them look smother as to not detract from the visual of the armor and netting, but they were still suppose to be there?with Borg it doesn't make a difference, he's the same species made by same studio.
if you mean dotty paint, many of them were dotty, P1 included. but not scaled. not until other designers began bringing in their jajuja comics view.

There is stuff like the dome of Predator 2's head with a scale texture. And the tougher, darker areas of jungle hunter like his shoulders look textured too.
And they were heavily pushing the narrative in Predator that the creature was a reptile. And all reptiles have scales. Dillon called him a Lizard, Anna called him a chameleon. And the only creature in the world which has green blood is a lizard.
