Regardless of the actual scale, that is one impressive model.
Making a one off "1/6" is not that impressive, especially when people have made full size ones. If it actually makes it to production that's a different story, but seeing how they have made other one off 1/6 vehicles only to never make it doesn't bring high hopes.
Yeah, and when that 1/6 Falcon arrives your brilliant response will be "I'm still waiting for the 1/6 Star Destroyer". Hilarious.
Now go eat crow and let the rest of us enjoy this gorgeous 1/6 TIE Fighter from Hot Toys.
I agree. Its cool, but not impressive.
Wow, you still believe a 1/6th Falcon will be made to sell. Wow.
Anyone think we'll actually see this produced or will it just be a display piece that will never see the light of day?

Tie not impressive? Seriously? I still doubt you can afford it.

It'll be produced. I'm guessing it'll retail for $1000, maybe a little more.
Oh, look, acting like you know me... over the internet..... great. Real great.
Since you are so obsessed with me being able to afford this... yes... yes I can. Need me to buy you one?
See you got it right there it's likely a one off for Howard. Did he display it sure. That's not to say that HT has a different level interest than SS. They didn't have an owner who used the company to make their own personal toys is the only difference. I have met some of the owners of SS and they are not going to do that, it's doesn't mean they don't care. Howard has always come off like someone who wants the spot light, just like the guy who owns GG. That's why GG booth has a upper deck for him to hang out in like his own lil VIP area. That's why he has a full scale Jabba. Or just check some of the pics of him in Japan when they had Celebration Japan. He wanted to look like a rock star.Well, gotta disagree. It at least shows some sort of intense interest in the license. They're not making money off it so they did it for love/personal interest of Howard Chan. SSC has had the license for a decade+ and never done anything like this. Personally this is not something that a few years down the road I'm going to use as a stick to beat HT with b/c it was never produced.
You called HT's most ambitious undertaking to date unimpressive. I think we all know you pretty well at this point.

More. Much more. $1,299.99... or more. MORE!
Of course we'll have to go thru another two or three SDCC's before its released.
