Thanks to this post and Geil for telling me about it. I just purchased the Tumbler that was complete with no missing parts with the broken flaps and loose windshield. Cost me $333 shipped. Hope it's worth it.

Came close to pulling the trigger on this myself! Hope you can fix whatever issues there might be.... $333 is an amazing price! :google

I'm glad I did, because BBTS no longer have the additional 15% off the Tumblers anymore. Plus this was the only Tumbler that had no missing parts. Plus I could imagine if I pick one up from ebay the Tumbler would probably have broken parts from shipping.

Not necessarily from shipping but from your big chubby thumbs :D
I broke two of these during assembly only to learn afterwards what to look out for :
- make sure to be careful when removing the flaps from the compartments
- carefully unwrap the bulked up pack of flaps
- with the flaps in front of you make sure to loosen up the hinges! Turn the flaps as it was designed a few times to loosen the fit and do so by holding as close to the hinge itself as possible (on both parts). When I moved the flaps after installing it I broke one of the posts as the hinge was really stuck and everything is very fragile!

Nice! I'm getting one soon and will flip the other one after some time...

I cannot sleep I cannot wait to get my Tumbler and Batpod Tomorrow along with what ever other figures come. I have been waiting for a tumbler for so long I hope the paint is not to bad.

the Tumbler is certainly a great piece to display but honestly I rather "weather" it some more than making it more "pristine"

Forgive me, but is that the display 1/6 tumbler or the real thing lol?

Warner Brothers Studio owns them :D
yeah those are real and I saw them durng my LA WB Studio tour. I was soo happy :lol

I posted those to show that some scratches or "weathering" is needed anyways to be more movie accurate ;)

Tonys: "Common Batboy just let us take it out for a drive..!!"
Batman: (in the deep rough voice) "NO you guys will scratch up all the interior with all your battledamage and for god sake close your flaps already, it's not like you are in mid air you showoff"

Oh nice i thought they were the scale 1/6ths and was going to say, that weathering looks insanely realistic lol. Yeah they'd look so much better battered up

Tumbler Vs DE-209

You know I am all new to collecting figures. I saw a DE-209 for sale well I received him today and he is huge I put him next to the Tumbler and I think he can take him. I put a review of the DE-209 on youtube Johnnyr2525 View attachment 23732

Re: Tumbler Vs DE-209

Quite obviously it's the only way to get both the Robocop fans and Batman fans input on this pressing issue.

And yes it is ED-209. If you're going to buy a $500 figure, you should probably know its name in my opinion.

No offense. I'm glad you like the figure. I used to have on myself and it's very cool.
