I wonder if that pose on the BAtPod will ruin the rubber suit??

The recent Rubber figures from HT has been very solid,All Rocky figures,Rambo 1 and 3,you can pose them any way you want.
Allthough, like i mentioned in the TDK Batman thread started by maulfan, the areas on his belly and arms, might be a paint peeling off issue,i have 1 figure like that and the paint came off with the tinyest pose.

Example under:

Hi guys,
I am going to take preorders again for these like I did with the Joker and Batman Figures. Not sure if I will do it through ebay again or not. The other problem we are facing is that this piece weighs abou 58lbs when you figure in the dimensions of the outer shipping carton for 1 piece 33x23x15. I am going to have to figure out the most economical weigh to bring these in to save everybody some money!! And not have to price this thing at almost $500 before shipping to you guys!!

Thanks so much Joe! Are you talking about the batmobile here, or the batpod?

Looking forward to it man. Also, any expected dates on the batman and joker figures?

I'd assume at 58lbs its the tumbler.

The 58lbs is the Tumbler/Batmobile

as for release dates on the Joker/Batman Figure I think they may have been delayed a bit as I got an email from Hong Kong about my order and they kept mentioning end of July. I am trying to get confirmation on a firm release date!!

As for the Batpod, Tumbler/Batmobile and new Batman Figure those are all slated for a November Release

Best
Joe

Heads up guys! The new figures are all posted on Hot Toys' website. Thanks to UNDICI for the heads up!

Thanks Joe. This is going to be one expensive year!!

I may have to pass on the Tumbler but will definetly get the Batpod, it looks a lot lighter and probably less expensive.

This is just awesome.

I hope the price is reasonable, I really want this, though unless there's a wire in his cape, such a dynamic look won't really be easy to achieve with the figure on it, half the coolness of the pics is the flying cape.

Yep, the flying cape is a must. Hopefully it's not hard to make it do that in hand.

good point about the wire cape... let's hope it is included, although i'm not sure.

I had the first one and yes, there was a wire in it but only along the bottom seam. I imagine there would have to be a wire along both sides as well in order to pull off the pose in the picture.

EDIT: Actually, now that I think about it, there wasn't a wire in that big cape. I was thinking about something else.
