Is the HT batmobile a true 1:6 conversion? Seems the figure is a little big than the car.

toyrewind - beautiful photos there

What kind of Batman is that? MMS67?

Can someone confirm please. Do the front wheels turn/steer on the tumbler

It will probably go for more than the re-release as its not out yet and some people want it now.

I'm talking to the seller and told me to tell him a price.

I said it would be lower than that of the tumbler and he said that nothing happens.

how price its good? 400$?¿

Just save your money and buy the reissue

Like the new OC Batman had less problems than the MMS67? :D

Nah but seriously I don't think they'll F this up.

Nobody thought they'd mess up the Begins Batman exclusive either.

Broken spoilers, scratched rooftops before.

So pretty much those + warped tires this time?

Don't forget about the faulty wiring with the lights!

Oh, and FYI. If this is a brand new batch of the first version I expect it will be a tad different and also smaller. A copy of an original is a copy and a copy of a copy is well, a copy. It won't be EXACTLY the same as there's quite a gap between both releases.

Of course the only person that would notice is someone who would own both but I doubt there will be any of those.

You're kidding right? Why would it be smaller? Wouldn't making all new --smaller-- molds increase their production cost? Why wouldn't they just use the existing molds from the first release?

its an identical reissue with the same MS number so its gonna have the exact same dimensions surely

Shrinkage is common in plastics. I'm not saying that this is going to be a 1/7 or 1/8 vehicle now. :lol

Molds in mass production that are constantly reused experience wear and tear and usually need to be repaired. When they're not differences start to appear, sometimes size is one of these.

An example would be Hasbro Star Wars, lets say Boba Fett. You release him in 2004, the first version. Then you re-release him in 2005, then 2006, then 2007 etc. etc. Well it's 2012 and that same figure isn't what it used to be in 2004. It's smaller and the mold/casts needs to be destroyed.

This is only the second version, a second batch if you will so differences will be minimal.

Maybe I'm wrong? Anyone an expert on this stuff.

I know from experience that there's going to be differences between both releases, even if it's just the color or shape of some of the parts. Look at the OC Batman vs. the Begins Batman Exclusive. There are distinguishable differences in the head and rubber suit (that dent on the armor for example).
