Well I agree that the new vehicles are fitting for the world. Like I said, I like them, but to me, vehicles with the "Bat___" name should reflect designs with bat anatomy and such, and even the name "Bat___" can be campy, so if the idea is break away from campy and stay with real world, then Tumbler and names like that are more appropriate.

I highly doubt "the pod" would have been a successful alternative. let's not take these names so seriously.? IMO anything associated with Batman's gear should have free reign to "Bat" attached to it.

You Guys who haven't seen the SE BB DVD need to check out the Tumbler SF. It takes it from conception to mock up models to development and road testing.This thing had no front axle and hit speeds of 100 MPH.

The Brits rocked this out in brilliant fashion.

And of Course it was the Brit Peter Lamont's Prod Team who built the Aliens vehicles too.

Either its selling well or they dropped the alotted order. Prolly dropped it from 100 to 50 available.

Put something in your cart and try to change to quantity to like 100 and it will adjust it to their current allocation.

Select "Add to cart" after that at the top of the page click on "Your Cart" You will see the items in your cart, there is an option to select a larger quantity, I put in 100 then clicked on "Update" at the bottom, it will refresh with exactly how many they have left.

yeah, that's pretty much how I feel about the tumbler. its more fitting in a james cameron film like aliens than batman. besides, jumping from roof to roof is so joel schumacher. definitly one of the things I didn't like about batman begins. (the other was the blurry action sequence.) the batpod seems okay, but mounting the weapons on the front wheel is a stupid design, you'll never hit what you are aiming going at the speed its going.

ok guys I am sending out an email tonight...the price on our bat tumbler will be under $500 shipped to your door direct to you from Hong Kong. So you should have your item about 4-6 days after the release date in HK, which is supposed to be November.

ah just saw these. Thanks for the pictures Wookster, as always.
Bought 2 dark knight costume batman from abc express.. not going to get the tumbler now. but I may get the batpod. Abc express has a lot of my orders. 1x joker, 2x bb suit batman, 2x dk suit batman,
I hope they deliver

ABC Express are pretty good, They have always delivered on any orders that I have placed with them in the past without any problems,, rest easy

I'm still waiting on my Cleaner Wolf from ABC so i'm going to reserve judgement till it arrives...Have to say thier customer service is a bit lacking. I had to almost threaten a paypal dispute just to get them to confirm shipping date of the predator...this was after half a dozen ignored emails.
It'll be all good in the hood when i get it arrives as well as my pre-ordered Joker....
