:D His tailoring doesn't look nearly as good as the prototype. I'll have to see more pics before making my judgement though

Looks nothing like Heath, IMO. I want the damn bust!

Just more reason why I have to get da'pod. Don't care what it costs, I'll find a way to pay for it. Tumbler too. These look to be the definite versions and they light up!!!

After seeing the film I'm glad I ordered the Batpod and two TDK Bats. :rock

I can see that argument but it'd feel more cheesy done that way and I have a feeling it'd be far more expensive than both combined to make it work as seen in the film not to mention:

The steering part of the Batpod is the weapons mechanism of the Tumbler that would need to slide from the driving position into the center position and out to work. Logically it'd be impossible to do cost effectively in a 1/6 toy. Both are marvels themselves but to have that many moving working parts it'd be murder on the checkbook.

I don't know if I'm off here, missed a post, or totally retarded but doesn't the pod have the same wheels and tires as the front end of the tumbler? Sorta like a "pod" that ejects from the Tumbler's front end?

that idea is just stupid! that would work if the director was George Lucas and he was making "vechicles" for toy objectives...

this is a Christopher Nolan movie, the doesn't think in ridiculous toy-terms....of course toy makers make it ridiculous aftherwards.

but NO WAY that is going to happen in the movie!
you have to think Nolan! that is: tumbler will get destroyed, and batman makes something else from the scraps of the tumbler....now that would be realistic!

Hey Riko. Guess Nolan let you down huh. :moon:moon:moon:moon

HA! HA! HA!

I don't know why people were surprised by the whole bat-pod thing. The toys in Toys R Us have an ejecting pod, after all. I don't even think this qualifies as a spoiler.

Ditto. I never once looked at the Kid's Tumbler Toy, so I never knew. :dunno:

LOOOOOL,
this is so funny, now I really think you are some loser with a grudge against me :D

I BET you saved this reply of mine, and you were really anticipating every single day to bash me when you had proof in the movie that the pod was ejecting out of the tumbler :)
because what kind of ^^^^ed up loser would reply on a post of more than a month ago...:confused:
