just got mail from my seller: goodshipped, hong kong ebay seller. He said he could send his pod in January.....

I'm sure they will sell through...at least the Bat-Pod. The Tumbler may stay available for longer, but I doubt it will drop in price. That will be decided by individual retailer.

I order my Tumbler $312.00 and Batpod $217.00 from other site I call yestarday and they say "wi'll be send in January or March.

Yeah, that's what I was refering to, individual retailers.

I have a feeling that many retailers ordered what was pre-sold, and not many more, keeping their extra stock low. So I still doubt that there will be sale prices anytime soon. Also, HT's production numbers may be based on pre-sale numbers, so there may be a more limited number of these available. I could actually envision the cost of each increasing greatly on the secondary market if this is the case.

I guess that could be a good thing about collecting during the economic downturn...companies will lower edition sizes and eventually pieces produced during the downturn will be more rare...and valuable. Moral of the story for me...dont change my purchasing habits. I wish more could do the same, perhaps the economy wouldnt have turned to **** so quickly.

Yea, I don't see the Tumbler lingering around at retailers. What was ordered is what is going to be made.

This is going to be a snooze you lose item.

Hopefully the Pod will be available on the aftermarket for less than retail. If I can find it for around $200 I'll pick it up.

I have the Tumber on order from DCBS for $292 and BR Joker and TwoFace from $113 each.

that looks great..:rock...doesn't have that "toy" look some were worried about. I did read one of the comments where someone said the handles kept falling of. so I wonder how well these parts stay together..:D

I strongly doubt The Tumbler will sell out any time soon...the price isnt a issue, its the damn size of this thing, thats why i dont buy it,because of the space or else i would have ordered it by now and im sure thats what most of you think.

That's my whole thing with the Tumbler, I've got no problem with the price persay, it's spending that money on something that massive, very likely tucking it away in it's box for sometime, if not forever if I never have the space for it. It's massive, and I'm just not sure it'll ever be practical. What'd be great is if someone here gets it and can photograph it near Jabba and throne from Sideshow so I can gauge just how big it is, right now I'm just going on speculation.

Same goes for the Pod, a bit less, but it's the expense and what'll happen to it eventually that holds me back. I bought the Power Loader and it's sat in my closet pretty much since I got it as it's the only place I have for it, $250 to warm the bench in my closet. The photo possibilities and the poseable cape are very tempting though, I may fold on the Pod.

I wanted to share this pic from the users of Toyworld, I'm not sure who to give credit to, but it is watermarked. Sweet!

I think size wise it will be close to Jabba. I have him set up on top of a cabinet. Tumbler, not sure where it will go yet, but it's too impressive to pass up one. The lights are awesome.

I'm still deciding on whether or not to actually put Batman on the Batpod. It looks really good just standing alone maybe behind him or something like that.

daaaaamn, this is to good not to show any pictures on this board, so there for, the Bat-Pod, enjoy! :banana
