Yeah the forehead is a bit of a factor but I'm still convinced that the 'problem' is the with the eyes.
They need to be whiter with more mascara, bigger and have less downy/aged eyelids.

Definitely from the Barbarian!!!

There could easily be 4 different characters;

Conan, Valeria and Subotai as the good guys, and Thulsa Doom, in a padded suit like the Godfather to make him a bit more round, as the bad guy!!!

Besides that they could make Doom's main 2 warriors and not to mention V2 and V3 Conan pitfighter and camo!!!
