See even that helmet has the scratch on the side which Hot Toys put. They actually omitted the scratch which made the scar.

Its probably because the helmet was meant for the pre-damage neutral sculpt , before we demanded they make the battle cry sculpt

Do you think will get a BD version? I just how feasable that is given the skin.

WTF?! I've seen a coupla pics w/ the marks on the RIGHT SIDE of the helmet NOT matching the scar on the LEFT SIDE of the face!

Well that answers the scar issue!!

The scratch on the helmet is not deep enough to be the one matching his face even if it was on the correct side. The cut to the helmet that causes the face damage is really deep and changes the shape of the visor. This looks like just a scratch. That's an easy mod.

I think they had planned on offering this one and then a second "battle damaged" but when pre-orders were not like they hoped they offered the second BD head as bonus to improve the orders but also to kill the line.
