Didn't he just say he was retired from action movies? Surely they wouldn't put him in a third film without him doing some action? :slap

He retired from HIS action movies. The ones where he does all his own stunts. He's still doing movies and American movies won't let him go all ape **** with the stunts like he did in Hong Kong.

Pretty sure Hot Toys just put this out there to show they are definitely making E2 figures .....I expect to see a new headsculpt when the official preview pics are released.

speaking of which :impatient::impatient::impatient:

ha ha

But if what I said was true and they didn't have any sort of prototype E2 headsculpt ready to show yet then it will be a loooooong time before we see official preivew shots.

Also, I just saw this:

Expendables 3 – from the producer

We’ve approached Clint Eastwood to be one of the guys, we’ve got a character in mind for him. We’re talking to Harrison Ford. [And we want] Wesley Snipes when he comes back from prison. I’ll give you one more name, we’ve got Nicolas Cage to play [one of the characters]

Awesome :panic:

EX3 should get Kurt Russell and Sean Connery

Connery is genuinely retired, or so I've heard ... I don't think he's even listening to offers anymore. I heard they were talking to Ford and Eastwood for 3, though, along with Chan and Nick Cage.

There are still a lot of good options. Kurt Russell would be great -- probably the best option left. Mel Gibson. Steven Segal. Dwayne Johnson. Vin Diesel. Danny Glover. Chow Yun Fat. Jesse Ventura. Antonio Banderas. Carl Weathers. Paul Hogan. Michael Biehn. Wesley Snipes, if he ever makes parole. Maybe Linda Hamilton or Sigourney Weaver ... if they're worried about about a Title IX suit.

Charles Bronson and Patrick Swayze are dead ... they'd have fit the bill, though.

Yeah I think Kurt Russel is a no brainer for number 3.

...and please let his character have an eye patch :D

Those guys seem like something actually possible to me. You got the wrestler connection Stone Cold Steve Austin gave the franchise in the first one. The Rock would be a good one to have in this series. And Jesse Ventura and Carl Weathers already have a connection to Arnold and Sly through Predator and Rocky. I'd love to see Apollo Greed come to his senses and sign up. How cool would it be to have him kill off Dolph this time? :lol

And Beihn again, an Arnold connection. And Snipes, yeah, if he's not locked up still.

Just read the same Article. I think Eastwood would be an interesting new player, same with Harrison Ford.

They did say they were hoping to have Wesley Snipes in some capacity too. I think that would make for a great cast in part 3.

Add Biehn in there and we're set.

Too bad Seagal doesn't want to do these movies.

Heh. Mr. T would be perfect.

Quentin Jackson wouldn't be bad either, if you're looking for wrestler/MMA options. Still disappointed they're not doing a sequel to The A-Team.

Yeah Mr T is a must and I'm kind of surprised he isn't in there already. Him and Stallone are known to still be friendly, similar situation to Dolph.

He was supposed to make a cameo in Rocky6 but scheduling got in the way.

I always wondered why Terry Crews part wasn't done by Mr T.....though Crews was awesome himself...

Did Stallone change his mind about "Apollo Greed?" :lol

I hope HT makes a Jet Li figure! Although his scene was pretty short, it was my favorite fight scene in the movie.

I was thinking about steven seagal, but he's fat now

I thought that stallone didn't have a beard in the new expendables 2 movie its more of only a mustache

I wouldn't be surprise if hot toys just makes a stallone figure without making any others, which would be very disappointing, I mean I would love a chuck norris or van damme figure from this line, actually I would want them to make every character from this film, but that isn't gonna happen.
