Still have not heard a peep out of APCollectibles.....hoping I hear something before the end of the week but for some reason I am doubting it. I got it for such a good price...really hard to be impatient but dang I am ready to have this figure. Even my wife is asking me when I am getting it...that's just how awesome it is!

Hey, i heard from Aaron yesterday, there was a hold up in customs, they will be in next week. I know your pain, i was so stoked i was going to get him this week. Oh well, not much longer!!!

Got mine yesterday. Only complain is the head not being able to tilt down. For example, if you want him to look slightly down, you have to move the whole neck part. Having the neck straight, it is as if it is looking up.

Hope that was easy to understand. Other than that, it is a million times better in hand. The best figure I own and not only that, it feels sturdy and very well done.

The base is big and awesome. Easy to put together and looks exellent. My Berserker Pred looks like crap besides this beast. Cant wait to get my second one to pose it unmasked.

Received mine on Wednesday and unboxing it now. All is well with no issues. This figure looks amazing and the dio base is looking sweet as well. Just wish HT would do dio bases for all their new Pred figs. I am really happy with this figure and very glad I ordered it.

Still on the fence with this one. Mouth looks like a dog!
But about dio bases with the restbof the preds, wouldn't a lost tribe revamp with base pieces that all attached to create a ship diorama be so sick? Ghen a skull trophy environment to connect to the group!!! HT has all the ability o make us happy, there are only so many times you can re do these guys, might as well go out with a bang!

Unfortunately, mine lacks the magnet that keeps the top of the helmet attached. I haven't mentioned it to the Sideshow people yet, but I'm sure it'll be taken care of. Not worth getting bent out of shape over it, for certain.

But it's a beautiful piece. I'm not sure that there will be a sixth-scale figure that will top it for some time. Nothing short of perfect on this one.

Great pics everyone.
I am seriously getting frustrated with the ebay seller I ordered this from. I payed $389.00 for this figure on Sept 3rd and was told it could take up to 2 weeks to get my item. I messaged him today and he sayed that he had not received the order yet which means it will still probably be atleast another two weeks. I realize this stuff happens, and I guess I wouldn't be being so impatient if it were not for the fact that I clearly over payed. Do yall think it would be unreasonable for me to just ask him to refund my money and I just go through a differnt vendor??

Just remember that Ebay covers your rights on the item for 45 days (if I recall correctly), which is the reason why one should preorder only from safe ebay sellers.

Other than that, you should probably ask for a refund, yes. You live in the US, get it from somewhere cheaper and ready to ship. It won't be hard for the seller to find another buyer, I suppose.

Mine was last scanned Leaving HK over the weekend , so hopefully that doesn't take too long and its doesn't get stuck in customs once here, so if all goes well i may see this the back end of this week or early next week. im going with the latter

Yup. At least here, my last packet from Japan took less than 7 days to arrive.... then stayed 4 days at the custom office. But a friend of mine who often buys from asia said that the bigger the pack, the faster they kick it out of the custom office

well hopefully mine doesn't take too long. There is an empty space at the side of my tv for him lol. i have two DVD/blu ray racks at the side of my tv and i have the big chap statue on one side and this guy is goin on the other side for an AVP style display and they'll each have their respected poster behind them. lol
