Yeah def a get, But why are the aliens burgundy :rolleyes2

The colors kind of make the base stand out. I personally like them.

Dissapointing if the swords are not removable, but I think he has an extra undamaged sword.

They should have added the targetting light for the helmet. But still, he is the coolest, most badass Pred figure created, until they do a Scarface.

I have 2 questions. why are there two different bases and did they change the mask? because the one i saw doesn't have the fangs.

That larger base (some have called a statue) was for a show in Asia (I think) last year. There's obviously that one, so I always wonder whether or not it will be made available for sale as a separate piece. I think it rivals the Samurai figure in terms of art direction, paint app, and amount of details.

The base that will be included with the actual figure itself was probably made to keep the cost of the figure down.

The biomask never had "fangs". The mandibles included was always (to the best of my knowledge) a fully open and partially open pair. The bio slips over the mandibles.

Yeah, big base is the statue, smaller base is the figure.

The mask has openings where the mandibles come through, so it looks as if the mask has mandibles, but it does not, they are from the figures, not the mask.

The box to this better be good too.
It's the first in the Artist Collection series so it needs to start it off right... and I hope the entire presentation is stellar.

Are you sure other swords are not removeable? it would be dissapointing :thud:
I also heard this pred will be delayed until next year from my friend. Don't know if it's true or not. The schedule on HTC hasn't been updated:slap

who the heck is your friend? I hope he is the one getting delayed! this fig got delayed from June to September but it is coming out this year dammit!!:pfft:

The shoulder piece with the blue/green "strings" look painted on. Would be nice if they were seperate pieces tied together with actual material.

So glad i ordred this. This will defenitaly be my center piece Predator. Yeah its expensive but worth it. Don't need 10 Ironman's, or 6 Jokers, and 4 Batman's on the shelf. I already seem to like him the most. To me, this one looks way cooler then both Lost and Shadow combined.

I only have the BD P2, P2 Elder, Wolf, Machiko, P1, Beserker, and Classic. Ordered City hunter too, since i like the updated paint on the head, i'm ok with the inaccurate closed mandibles and other complaints, gonna display him roaring anyways.

Oh.. and yeah.. i never thought the swords were unremovable.. always assumed it was, but now that you mention it, i'm wondering the same thing~

Took me a short while to figure out what you were describing but finally understand.

I agree. If each slat on the right shoulder armor was separate, but held together with a thick/strong thread, it would add to the attention to details.
