Wait, I thought it still lights up, but the base underneath his feet rather than the green plant spikes? The new pics show two glowing green "footprints" like in the movie. As far as I can tell it still lights, just different than proto?

Neytiri regular version (not battle gear) IMO is the essence and iconic figure of Avatar. Personally she was on a “whole natha level” when it came to facial expressions compare to the rest. If I ever decide to buy a HT Avatar figure it would only be of her.

I don’t think a home display would look appealing with to many of these tall lean (expensive) figures. One should be fine!!!!

This figure makes me wish I liked the subject matter more where Id want to buy the figure. But at $315 + I need to be a little more selective with the HT purchases...Great figure though. A complete home run for HT.

I feel the same way. I thought the movie was awful and a perfect example of quantity over quality (where it is pretty much just a huge budget film no better than your typical Michael Bay film) so I just can't bring myself to ever support the license no matter how cool the figures look.
